Service was excellent - I needed a tall tree removed and they did it very efficiently, and then they cleaned up completely afterward. I would very highly recommend them!

Excellent customer service, very professional and respectful crew. I lost a oak tree in the most recent windstorm which ended up propped up on my neighbor's tree, hanging over their fence, about 15-20 feet off the ground in an inaccessible area. I generally try to handle all my own work, but there was no way I could bring it down without damage to my property or theirs.

I called in about 4pm on Wednesday, Marcus returned my call within the hour and setup an appointment for the following morning. They actually ran ahead of schedule, but called to verify it was okay to arrive early. After all concerns/options were discussed the quote was straight forward. Once accepted (about noon on Thursday), they were able to schedule the removal for 10am the next morning. Their crew had all the right equipment and experience and made it look easy. It only took them about 3 hours to remove the entire tree, they did not scratch the fence - no tire tracks in my neighbor's yard from their lift, everything worked out great.

A very big "Thank you!" to Jennifer, Barbara, Marcus and the rest of your crew for how quickly and efficiently you were able to execute this job. I hope I don't need any additional trees removed too quickly, but I know who I will call if I do.

Marcus and the crew could not have done a better job. They worked very hard to remove the tree that had fallen on our house, while making sure they did not damage the house, flowerbeds, and even the lawn!

After removing the tree, they filled up the 4 foot deep hole with dirt and did not leave a single leaf or branch from the tree. They even brought out a leaf blower and cleaned up everything. I'm beyond impressed with these guys and will be using them in the future. I'll attach pictures so you can see before and afters.

Justin recently came out and gave me an estimate for some tree work that I need to have done. At the time he was here, I was not aware there is a Hackberry growing inside my rosebush. Once I noticed it, I called Samuel’s to ask them to update the quote to include disposal of the tree.

Need some trees trimmed? Don't just hire people with chainsaws and put your trees in jeopardy. Instead, hire Samuel's for a certified arborist come out and evaluate the health of tree. Then you can work together to have problem limbs addressed while increasing the health and longevity of your trees. The arborist did just that for us, and the work crew that came out to follow the drawn-up plans were phenomenal. Samuel's is our go-to for our aging post oaks!

Great service all around. Everything from scheduling the appointment with the arborist to the tree trimming and removal was perfect. The guys even helped me jump start my son’s car that was sitting dead in the driveway so I could move it out of the way of the fence gate. Above and beyond!

I would recommend Samuel's to others for tree maintenance. All the workers were very professional and communicated well. The trimmers worked quickly and cleaned up well after. We have used Samuel's before and would not hesitate to use them again.

Fantastic job taking down a huge tree for us. Very meticulous and considerate. They even have a family member that will rehab any wildlife they might discover, I really liked that. Cleaned up everything from the site to the street. Extremely respectful of the yard and returning it to its original state. Very impressed!

Brandon did an excellent job of explaining everything to us about the trees we needed to remove. He provided a detailed estimate that explained each step and the cost.
On the scheduled day, Justin called and sent a text saying they were on their way. The workers showed up early and started working immediately. They worked continuously and removed four trees and trimmed one. All of the jobs were done exceptionally well - including the grinding of the stumps.
Everything was cleaned up and it looked perfect. We will definitely use Samuel’s Tree Service again.

If you hadn’t seen the trees before hand you’d never have known they were trimmed, they do such an excellent job and clean up after themselves! They did a phenomenal job!! My yard looks so much more open! I don’t feel like I’m going to get hit by a tree the moment I step outside my door. It’s lovely! They were very nice and pleasant to work with in all stages. We had 11 trees trimmed and 4 taken down by Evan and his 3 crew members from Samuels Tree Service. They were GREAT! Very professional and paying attention to detail. They all had each others back and did not care that we watched (highlight of our day). Our trees look beautiful and they left our back yard better than it was when they got there. I needed to get some oak tree trimmed above my house and some other tree removed outside of a bedroom window that had died.
Quote had already been approved.
I received phone call from Evan the morning of the service to say they were on the way.
Up on arrival. He reviewed the service details.
All was in order....he, Tanner, and Brandon, all took care of the assignment!
I was totally satisfied from the arborist who came to do the quote to the service team to the office and all of their efficient communication.
There's no pressure to accept a quote and if you get more quoted than you can afford at the time they will just do what you can afford.
They have a good policy of how long the quote is good for once it's presented.

Their service was amazing from setting up the installation to the gentlemen removing and installing my tree. They made sure that I was happy with their service. Amazing job! Would definitely recommend and use again if necessary.
