Quality Tree Service did an excellent job removing two trees in our backyard by our pool. The crew of four worked quickly and expertly. They were friendly, kind and respectful. Not only did they do a great job removing the trees and stumps but they also cleaned the pool, the backyard and the side yard of all debris. Quality did such a good job, we have referred them to our neighbor!

Great experience all around. Getting the quote done was a very fast and easy process. Pricing similar to other services in the area.

The crew that came to do the work was great. They had the tree down and chipped, stump ground, and all of the brush we asked them to take chipped in about 45 minutes. They made sure we were happy with the result before they left. (The bit of stump left over in the photo is buried underneath quite a bit of concrete on the other side of the fence and not accessible, so they took out everything they possibly could.)

Overall, the whole team took far more care and were far more accommodating than any of the other companies we had quote the work. Very highly recommend!

Use this company if you need a tree removed. I submitted a request for an estimate to have a bradford pear tree removed, and they got back to me in less than 10 minutes, and were able to come take a look at the project that same afternoon. After a very quick assessment they gave me a great price to not only cut down my tree, but also grind and remove the stump and all the roots. They came out the next day, and knocked the entire project out in less than an hour. They cleaned everything up and were gone. From initial inquiry for an estimate to them being done with the project it was 24 hours. They were very professional and kind, and they followed up with me later that day to ensure that everything was done well and to my satisfaction.

Always on time and perform the work just as you describe. They never leave without making sure you’re happy with their work also. Highly recommend these guys.

The crew did an outstanding job cutting down a massive Arizona Ash and trimming our Live Oak. The Arizona Ash was surrounded by a deck, three neighboring houses, and cars, yet the crew managed the task with incredible precision, leaving no damage at all! I was initially very concerned about how they would handle it, but they exceeded my expectations.

Additionally, the crew went above and beyond by assisting in building a firewood rack, cutting the tree into manageable pieces, and stacking the wood. I received a quote on Friday, and the crew arrived promptly on Monday morning, right on time. These guys are true professionals!

They were friendly, punctual, efficient, and cleaned up the yard very well. Their prices were very reasonable. I would recommend and hire them again.

I got the quote, and our job was started within 20 minutes! Every detail was addressed, all three mature trees were trimmed, and the stump we had was ground down within roughly 2 hours. Quality Tree Service did an amazing job! They trimmed my very large tree, and it looks absolutely beautiful. I was at work and thought I’d need to rush home to explain what I wanted—but they arrived early and did it exactly the way I would have asked, without me saying a word. When I got home, everything was spotless—you’d never know they’d been there except for the perfectly trimmed branches on my big tree. Highly recommend!

Quality Tree Service is amazing. A huge tree with limbs over our roof was severely damaged in the last wind storm. This tree was dying already and 75+ feet tall. The trunk was twisted and split by the wind. It was in danger of falling on our house. Juan came out to give an estimate that was fair and reasonable. He was able to get his guys out to take it down the very next day on a Sunday. His guys were very professional, quick and took care to not drop anything on the roof. I am beyond impressed with Quality Tree Service.

I have several trees on my property that had become quite overgrown and a couple of them are in close proximity to my house, so I’ve always been nervous when hiring a tree service for fear of having damage to my home. I read the reviews for Quality Tree Service DFW and decided to give them a try. I called and requested a quote and they showed up the next day. Juan came and we agreed upon the cost and service. They were immediately available to complete the job the next business day. Melisa provided me updates on the time the crew would arrive and on Monday morning Nicholas showed up with a crew on time and they were respectful of the property, careful and clear on what was needed and what they would be doing.. I had 8 trees trimmed and pruned and one tree removed, they finished sooner than expected and cleaned the entire property. I am very impressed with the service provided.

Juan & his crew responded quickly to my request for an estimate for removal of a downed tree after the thunderstorm a couple days ago. His estimate was very reasonable. He is honest, prompt & they did an outstanding job of removing the downed tree plus two others including stump grinding.

Called Juan for an estimate on Tues 10/29, he was out the next day with a fair estimate for as much work as we needed done. We unfortunately decided to go with another company, that company scheduled our services for Saturday 11/2 and no showed. I called Juan about 10AM on Saturday and he was able to get a 4 guy crew out same day and saved us from the crazy storms we have coming the next couple of days! Beyond thankful for Juan and his guys. They did an even better job than expected! In just under 6 hours they cut all the dead off of our 5 trees, did all the clean up, and even left some firewood logs on the side of the road for our neighbors to grab. My husband and I highly recommend Juan and ALL of his guys for any tree work you need done, big or small, they can handle it all. We will definitely be sharing his info with all who ask in our small town. Thank you Juan and team for an amazing job and such great service!

Our tree split after a windstorm. We called and had a quote scheduled quickly. The quote was easy to understand and in writing. The crew came out as scheduled and had my 22 year old tree removed and the stump shaved down in less than an hour. They picked everything up and were extremely courteous. Nicholas and his team were amazing!

They were fast, respectful, and so kind. I had some very large trees that I needed cleaned up and one removed. Naturally I did just as my late father taught me to do and I got a quote from various companies.

Overall I either had no response from them, or they gave me quotes that were way out of my budget. Additionally they were often not very good with their customer service.

When contacting Quality Tree Service they responded right away and sent someone to my house to review the work. They gave me a written itemized quote right on the spot. I called back a week later and scheduled my appointment.

They showed up on time, did a walk through with me to confirm what work I needed done and then they immediately got to work. I’m so very happy with the crew and would highly recommend this company.
