Absolute came recommended from our neighborhood web site, So I decided to give them a try since our regular company couldn't get to us on short notice. Mike came evaluated our carpet and made some suggestions about certain areas that had heavy traffic so wwe said lets see your magic.. Dang his spot treatment, heavy traffic atreas looked like new, and not much of an extra charge. WE now have a new Carpet cleaning company . We are Absolutley pleased. Thanks for the Great job.

We have old berber carpet with stains and usually clean it every 3 months. Mike came and cleaned better than we've ever had it! It looks brand new! We're extremely happy!!

I needed a carpet cleaning in a short time frame so I Googled who the best was in town. The ‘top’ guys didn’t pick up or return my calls. In one case, they hung up on me when I mentioned I lived in an apartment. I saw Absolute Carpet Care up there with the highest rated companies and gave them a call. Within minutes, I had a time set for a cleaning by incredibly friendly staff. On cleaning day, they were on time, ready to go and started immediately. Not only was I blown away at the quality of work and attention to detail, I was floored by how happy and understanding they were! Not to mention how much of a deal it was to get my place cleaned. I will never use anybody else for this sort of work. Ten stars if I could. Can’t wait to have them back!

Absolute quality care went above and beyond what I expected. He truly cared about the quality of his work, he was courteous and listened to what you wanted done. I called several other carpet companies at 4:30 today for an emergency cleaning on carpet that was just installed a few days ago. My wife was painting in one of the bedrooms and tipped over the paint can onto the carpet (white paint on grey carpet) we immediately called several companies.. not one person even answered besides Mike. We're getting ready to list our home in a few days and we're leaving town tomorrow long story short Mike made an emergency trip to do the carpet cleaning. He did an excellent job and will be coming back to polish my wood floors. I highly recommend him to anyone wanting quality service by an experienced professional! Mike is your guy!!

After the storms earlier this week, water seeped into our office and was about 3 feet into our carpet under very heavy furniture. We called Mike and he answered the phone and was able to come out that same afternoon and vacuumed up the water as well as cleaning some sticky spots in another part of the office. He was kind, courteous and efficient. He even left a floor fan overnight so the floor would be perfectly dry in the morning. If you need a carpet service, I would highly recommend Absolute Carpet Care.

Mike is a miracle worker. I read his reviews and called him to clean my kitchen tile and the carpet in my house. He is as advertised and his service is very affordable. I honestly felt like the carpet was a lost cause. He arrived on time and after he left the tile and the carpet looked like they were just installed. Absolutely Amazing!
