After calling around I called Absolute and Mike Answered we talked a bit, hung up
and because he was so honest and pleasant to talk too, I called him back and asked him to come Look at what I had. He came over the next day and after Looking at my Carpets, he told me what he would do! He has 38 years experience I have none
We made an appointment and He definitely knows what he is doing. He was way Faster than the last guy (Who we filed an Insurance clam against) Carpets are Beautiful and don’t smell at all!! Mike

We needed a carpet repair and cleaning in our rental house. Mike was super patient with me as I went to find a replacement piece and moving all our stuff out. When I finally got it all done he immediately knew who I was previously and put it on his schedule for a few days out. Then someone cancelled on him so he did it the next day, moving the timeline up very nicely! We needed it done within the week and he did it in a day! Only took him an hour or so, and he fixed the carpet and cleaned all 3 bedrooms that had carpet. Everything looks great and his price was very affordable. Will recommend him to anyone who needs any carpet services, he was nice, cordial, professional, organized, easy to schedule with, and did great work!

When we had our make ready house cleaner turn out to be unreliable, a friend gave us Rex’s number. He came RIGHT over, walked thru the house ( and we were still packing ) gave us a fair price, told us what he would do, and when, AND HE DID IT! Not only did he show up ex’s you when he said he would. He worked around packers and came back the next day to finish up AFTER we had left! Got back to me super quickly about scheduling and got me in with only a few days notice. I only needed one room done and he charged significantly less than the other businesses I called. Did an amazing job and very quick. We will be calling him again if we need more work done in the future!
