David did a great job not just upgrading our water heaters but also explaining options avbl and why certain work needed to be performed to bring water heaters up to code and be more efficient. Very impressed and will most definitely recommend Christmas to friends and family.

Braulio Meraz and Kaileb Stiles were fantastic. They came over to replace a drip pan, which they were very quick and knowledgeable about, but stayed to help me clear out some drip lines. Can’t recommend these guys enough.

During routine maintenance and filter change for HVAC systems, we were alerted to the need for sediment traps on furnace gas lines, which are now a code requirement. These were installed and we are now in compliance. Quick, friendly, timely and skilled professional service.

Garrick was professional and friendly and very easy to talk too. He installed a new shower head, faucet and spout to my master bath. It looks great and I can't wait to use it. Sr. Tech Keith P. did a fantastic job of going through our systems during our semi-annual check which coincided within days after we had a damaging lightning strike that fried GDO, irrigation controller lines, lights & switches throughout house, routers & switches, microwave and more. We are confident of Keith’s findings and comfortable that our systems are in prime condition. Keith was very professional, very knowledgeable and very comfortable to communicate with. Great job!

David and his colleague were amazing, thoroughly explained all service issues, provided extra tips for maintenance things I can do myself and even offered a service contract that cut my costs. Kalieb Stiles performed an inspection of our HVAC unit under the terms of our service agreement. He was professional and efficient, and upon completion of his work, thoroughly discussed his findings with us in a clear and concise manner. We found him to be polite, well spoken, and a fine representative of Christmas Air.

Eric and the team at Christmas Air have continued to take great care of our system and family. As they troubleshot a problem that involved both a mechanical piece and a panel, they went above and beyond to make sure that if they didn’t have to, they were not going to have to replace the entire panel and would part out the necessary items. Eric and team all have a fantastic customer service mentality and we are extremely pleased with their work.

Jack was very professional and communicated issues with my heating units to prevent standing water in the leak pans. He installed manual turnoff valves and water flow detection switches to remedy future issues. The price for his time and materials was reasonable. He did an outstanding job and would highly recommend Christmas to everyone.

Christmas is always effective, honest, and reasonably priced. I've been a customer for about 5 years now and I've never had a bad experience with them on any of their services. They have serviced my AC, replaced an entire HVAC system, and lately I've been really happy with the plumbing services too. I've seen different techs and each one has been excellent. Can't recommend Christmas enough!

This was my first time using Christmas Air and the experience was great. I called on the weekend and was able to speak with a knowledgeable person who quickly set an appointment for Monday morning. First thing Monday I got a message from Jack and he was on the way. Jack was very professional, asked a few questions and listened carefully to understand the AC issue. He then carefully diagnosed the problem and explained the repairs, costs and my options for resolving the problem. Jack also pointed out that the condenser coil need cleaning. Again he gave me the my options, but there was no pressure to make a sale. I had a great first experience with Christmas Air Conditioning and Plumbing!
