I was recommended Christmas Air for HVAC issues when I bought my first condo. They came to my rescue immediately and were so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Pricing absolutely can’t be beat! Then, I saw they added plumbing. YES!!! David, one of their amazing plumbers, came to my rescue today. There was a leak from my unit’s plumbing leaking thru my neighbor’s ceiling, and after an iffy quote I received from another plumbing service, I said “hmmm… lemme call the people I trust the most.” David came out, found the TINIEST pinhole leak that was making all the fuss!! He got the pipe part replaced, cleaned up, and was in and out within 3 hours. Thank you, David. You were great!

Josh arrived early and promptly. We were scheduled for arrival from 8 - 12. His prompt arrival freed up our Saturday. Josh has serviced our a/c, heating systems before. We always find him to be knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. This visit was no different.

Additionally, we hope the new owners of what was Christmas Air and Heating maintain the same honest, professional technicians as we could always expect and receive from Christmas.

He took the time to perform a thorough diagnosis and provided honest feedback and recommendations. Most importantly, I appreciated that he didn’t try to upsell me or suggest unnecessary repairs

Jack with Christmas Air came out early and did a very thorough job! He gave us estimates on some upgrades, but was never pushy in taking the offer. This was the seasonal maintenance plan check, he was done in less than an hour. Happy with these guys!

Excellent service! We’ve been using Christmas for our HVAC needs for over five years now. We were excited to learn that they now have a Plumbing arm of the business. Given their track record of being honest, fair and timely. It was a no-brainer to use them to replace our old water heater a few weeks ago. The technician was able to give me a quote and then install and replace the water heater the same day. We had hot water restored within four hours. We also use Christmas for our biannual tune-up plan for our HVAC and plumbing, and very much appreciate the thoroughness of their diagnostic and also that they are honest about what we need and what we can push down the road. Having an HVAC system that’s over 20 years old, I appreciate that they do not push us to try to replace the entire system but offer alternative options to keep the system running as best as I can for the time being in the most cost effective way possible. Every crew member that we have encountered is respectful, knowledgeable and friendly. The owners are very good people, and that is reflected in their business ethics and values. I highly recommend Christmas air-conditioning and plumbing!

I had a great experience with Christmas Air & Plumbing. Josh Emerine, the technician, was outstanding from start to finish. He approached the issue with my heat pump in a very methodical way, quickly diagnosed the problem, and explained everything clearly and in detail.

I initially thought the issue was a bad capacitor and expected parts to be replaced. Instead, Josh took the time to fully troubleshoot and found the real root cause. No parts were needed, and the system was fixed properly without unnecessary work. That level of honesty and expertise really stood out.

Josh was straightforward, professional, and easy to talk to. The service was excellent, and the unit is working perfectly now. I would absolutely recommend Josh Emerine and Christmas Air & Plumbing to anyone needing AC or heat pump service.
