I hired this company to fix 3 things and only 1 out of the 3 were fixed I have been reaching out to Ken to come back and address the remaining issues and he has said he would come by and he never comes and is not responding to any calls or texts. I feel scammed and upset about this situation. I feel I have no choice but to seek further action. Unfortunately I didn’t have same experience as most did and it very upsetting.
