He was super friendly and polite, and he really went the extra mile to make sure everything was handled properly. Great response time, took care of the clogged drains and were very affordable. Also didn’t lure you in with a low price coupon then hit you with a bit of extras/ add ons etc. I had a shower drain cleared and the drain from the a/c that drains into the sink cleared. It was so nice to finally find a company that does good work and cares about having repeat customers and not one time big hit (money) ones. Dillon and Dylan were amazing!!!

I contacted this plumbing company for a leak under my kitchen sink. When I called to book the appointment, they mentioned there would be a $20 service fee to come out and inspect the issue, which was reasonable. The technician arrived on time and was polite and professional.

While he was here, he asked if there was anything else to look at, so I mentioned that my tub was draining slowly. The quotes he provided were quite high — $618 to replace a basic 1/3 HP garbage disposal (or $400 if I supplied my own) and $195 to fix the tub drain.

I ended up buying a new garbage disposal from Lowe’s for about $150 and replaced it myself, saving a few hundred dollars. Overall, the visit was professional, but the pricing felt excessive for the type of work involved. I’d suggest getting a few quotes or considering DIY options before committing.

One of my properties had a huge sewer backup into the house. I immediately called a local plumber, told him that we had an emergency situation, and needed them to come out ASAP. He explained that he was totally booked for the day, but referred me to Drip Plumbing. They were able to come within an hour of my call, and diagnosed the problem quickly. Not only did they fix the backup, they assisted with the cleanup as well! The price was reasonable (considering the circumstances). They were really great people to work with, and I would highly recommend them!
