Knee Deep Plumbing has always proved to be a company with high standards and integrity. Nathan, an expert plumber, and Erik went right to work diagnosing the problem. They were extremely kind and thoughtful as they repaired the broken pipe. I will always call Knee Deep with any plumbing problems.

I highly commend Knee Deep Plumbing and their technicians for their quick response to my water heater failure. The service they provided was truly outstanding.. Lionel Jenschke and his assistant Robert arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, informed me what their plan was to locate the parts needed, returned in record time and completed the repairs. I am truly impressed with Knee Deep Plumbing’s professionalism and would highly recommend them to anyone.

As a result of a prebuy home inspection request, we needed a toilet reset. Sue did her usual fantastic job of scheduling the work to be done that morning and Nathan and Erik did a great job of handling the project quickly! I’ve used Knee Deep several times and have never been disappointed!

Knee deep is a great local plumbing team - responsive and effective. Had a frozen hose bib that was leaking and they came early to get it fixed. Nate and Noah were a professional on site team.

I had technicians Nathan and Erik look at my dishwasher problem today. It had not been draining for a long time and I finally got around to calling someone. Nathan and Erik did a great job telling me what the problem was and explaining to me how they were going to fix it. They were both very professional and friendly. I also appreciated the fact that they wore shoe covers in my house since no one wears shoes inside. :-)

Mike and Robert did a great job. They completed alot of work, replacing two showers, sinks and faucets, in a short amount of time on budget and schedule. Not the first time we’ve used Knee Deep, won’t be the last.

We called Knee Deep Plumbing (KDP) to come and fix our clogged up sinks. Nate Wilson and Noah Jenschke came first thing the next morning and cleaned them out for us. They explained everything they needed to do beforehand, and left the bathroom and sinks completely clean! They were in an out of our house quickly, and the price was reasonable! Overall, the service was great!

We had heard about KDP several times recently: once from Lionel Jenschke, who is our customer at Juliet's Jewels; and also from a neighbor of ours, Garrin Taylor. Both men strongly recommended the company and we are glad they did! We'll keep using them in the future!

Knee Deep sent out a spontaneous courtesy visit for a badly leaking water heater late on a Friday to see if he could find a workaround. Then they were able to squeeze in a Saturday install for the new unit. Communications were always excellent, and everyone was extremely professional. Hat tip to Sue, Nate, Michael, and Noah.

The cast iron pipes under our slab foundation were rusted & falling apart. It was a HUGE job & we were so thankful we used Knee Deep Plumbing. They were prompt, honest & trustworthy.
