Nate and Noah did an outstanding job replacing our water pressure regulator. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and great communicators. They took the time to diagnose the issue thoroughly, walked me through the estimate and repair options, and made sure I understood everything before starting the work.

The replacement was completed efficiently, and the results are fantastic. We now have the best water pressure we've ever had in this house! Knee Deep Plumbing has earned another repeat customer. KDP will be the first one I call if needed in the future. They communicated with us before, during, and after the repair. They called to let us know of an emergency job that came up and asked to reschedule the appointment. They let us know when they were on their way and when they arrived. Good communications. Nathan and Eric were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and forthcoming with the explanation of problems, repairs, and estimates. They tried the least invasive repair first, which worked out great. They were flexible when I asked them to make another preventive maintenance repair so we wouldn't have to call them out later for the same problem in the future. Keep up the excellent work ethic and customer relations. We highly recommend KDP.

Knee Deep Plumbing did an amazing job!! Not only did they get out here within 2 hours of us calling with an emergency situation (with all the roads iced over!!), but Michael, his associate, and Sue were all SO friendly and ready to help. They figured out the problem and had it fixed very quickly, despite having to make a run back for special equipment. I can't say enough good things. We're so thankful they were able to help today and so quickly!!!

Knee Deep Plumbing was easy to work with. Nate and Noah were very informative during the estimate / exploratory phase helping me understand the how to's and why's of the recommendations on the 2 x water heater replacements. The install went smoothly on my older 1970s ranch style house. I will definitely use this company again for future plumbing issues.

This company was recommended to us by many people on the NextDoor app. They were very friendly and did a great job! We will be calling them for any future plumbing needs!

Called to have a gas grill connected to our gas line in the new home we purchased. Was told they could not promise the same day service, but would have someone out by that Friday. They called Friday afternoon with a claim that another client had an emergency so they were not going to be able to help us. Of course I had already gone out an purchased over $200 in food to grill since family was coming to celebrate. Will not use this vendor in the future and suggest you find another as well.

Had to wait over a week to even get a tech out. Was told my service time window was between 11am and 1pm. 1pm came and went, called twice with no answer. Tech showed up at 1:40pm. Did the quick repair and was gone by 2:07. They doubled my service call fee because the tech was at my call for more than an hour...um no. The lady even accused me of lying saying that the tech was on the phone with her husband the whole time. Yes, he called his boss and was on the phone for most of the service time. Should I mention that was because he didn't know how to get the faucet apart and had to go back out to his truck twice because he couldn't figure out the right part? I try to use good local companies but this is one I will not recommend.
