Advanced Pluming came out for a leak on my washing machine spigots. It was right when the freezing weather was about to hit, so I knew they were very busy. Mr. John came and assessed the issue to make sure the guys knew exactly what they needed. They got there quickly and did excellent work and went above and beyond what was expected. They made sure to clean up everything before they left. You don’t always see this type of professionalism! I was impressed and will use them again. Highly recommend. John and his team were very responsive to our emergency water break under the slab. They were up front with cost to make repairs, started on time and completed the project in one day. They protected my concrete and cleaned up after themselves. The foreman communicated with us thru the entire process so there were no surprises. Definitely a 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

Advanced Plumbing is the best service in Denton. John is the most polite and professional plumber I have had the pleasure of working with for the last 6 years. The first time I called him, he showed up on a Friday afternoon to address a major interior sewage leak, and stayed until 3 a.m. the next morning. Since then, if I call him, he always shows up the same day. Unfortunately, a few disgruntled former employees recently forged accounts and left some bad reviews, negatively affecting his business. If you look historically through his reviews, they are all 5 stars, except for the recent negative reviews posted by these immature kids (note that they were all posted within two days of each other). John is an honest, hard working man who is very generous. He is the ONLY plumber I would use.

John is always my first call on anything plumbing related. He's been my plumber for a long time, and always does great work. He was able to insulate the piping under my newly purchased home(built in 1962) for the coming winter, and cleared a massive blockage in one of our water lines. Couldn't ask for better service.
