Dave Shultz is a plumbing Beast! He was the only plumber that would come out in the middle of a rainy night in Denton and resolve our sewer line problem. Since then we’ve used him for all of our plumbing issues. Busted hot water tank, tree roots in sewer line, deteriorated cast iron drain pipes under the slab (both sides of house), new commodes, faucets, GP Plumbing has come through every time. Great personality, pricing and quality work. Thanks Dave!!!

I had a toilet leaking at the base, and a 41 week pregnant wife. I could’ve tackled the project myself, but I wanted someone to come and fix it ASAP just in case my wife started to labor so we could go to the hospital without a toilet half fixed.

All the other plumbers in Denton wanted to charge me double for same day service, but Dave came out the same day I called without hesitation. He was professional, patient, and answered all my questions. He did a great job, and I highly recommend him to any homeowner in Denton County.

Came out on an emergency call b/c we had a leak on the exterior main water line. Pipe was still dripping and he left saying he guarantees it will stop. We paid him. Said we could call him back if it continues, it did. He hassled us about coming back out to work on it. Came back out a few days later and still didn't fix the leak. Said to just back fill the hole and calcium would make it stop leaking. He was nice to my husband but rude to me over phone and text. Do not recommend.

They are good and reasonably priced for work. Our hot water heater went out and they gave a free estimate were able to come replace it the next day. They will make sure the job gets done.

I have to give a shout out to GP Plumbing for coming to our rescue late on Friday night! Our tenants in Prosper reported a water problem in the shower and had to turn the water off at the house. One phone call to Dave Shultz and he arrives within 30 minutes! Job well done at a fair price 🙂

David came out Friday evening when I called him right around 10 pm after I'd been haggling with my home warranty for hours and they couldn't get anyone out. It was quick fix for him but he came out when everyone else either told me they were booked or didn't answer their phone and the price was more than fair. Needless to say I'll be using GP Plumbing for this point forward.

Be wary. I was referred by a realtor friend to find leak. Scheduled quickly but no showed and no called initial visit. Came out to diagnosis leak for claim and to do other work. I paid over the phone and have yet to receive a receipt to show buyer work completed. Insurance adjuster simply needs report emailed over, and 2 weeks later it is still not complete. I have called and texted almost everyday to get this with excuse after excuse. Finally I was told directly by the owner yesterday he was tired of dealing with this and it was not a priority. I have encounter terrible service but this takes the cake. Owner knows we are selling my elderly father's home and we have a leak he said he would take care of. This is the type of person you are considering doing business with. Note: Not a part of the BBB.

Dave was our angel today. Our situation would have been easy money for him. He gave us a quote, but armed us with his knowledge and gave us his time to help us solve our problem while avoiding the expenses caused by red tape clearly not intended for an event. He did this knowing it would likely mean less money for him.

He didn't charge us for this consultation or quotes, which was fair market value, and he shared his knowledge/time knowing it meant one less service call for him.

Next time something requires a plumber, it's all yours Dave (we may need a new water heater soon 😁). Thank you!

Owner was extremely helpful and sent a guy out right away to fix my shower. Hank was polite and worked quickly. Very professional and affordable, will use again in the future!

David was Wonderful! He was quick to get here and fixed my bath tub and sink really fast. Very happy with his work. He's a very nice man and easy to talk to. After I paid and got my receipt he came back and gave me $40 dollars back and told me to get my son a toy. What a great guy!!! Definitely will use him from now on and highly recommended!

Dave was amazing! I called him this morning to help with a leak and clogged drain from my kitchen sink. He was reponsive, informative, and fixed the problem under thirty minutes with a great warranty at an incredible price! He was even able to check out my water heater while he was here. My service was so great that he will be coming back tomorrow to replace my water heater.

We had a plumbing issue at 10 pm that needed to be resolved and he got there quickly and even had the specific Moen brand part on hand so we didn't have to wait for the hardware store to open. I cannot recommend this business enough! He was so kind and easy to communicate with. A fair price for the work too.

Massive sewage back up in several lines clogged up traumatizing and very stressful time but Dave and Hank with GP plumbing got to it immediately and took care of it at a great low price.

Dave and Hank are not money hungry and out to get you, They are what I call standup Guys, a quality that many humans lack. They snaked 100 feet, used a hydro jet in several lines without taking a break tirelessly and solved the problem in less than 5 hours, even cleaned up the mess. Dave and Hank care and that’s what matters!
