On October 31, I incurred a water leak in my home. I called American Home Shield to check it out. Their plumbers came and said I had a leak and said they couldn’t take off the skirt of my bathtub and left. I called Toby Thomas of Imperial Plumbing afterwards and Toby came in ASAP. Toby took off the tubskirt and realized that we had a severe water leak. Toby investigated the leak and determined it to be a foundation leak in the wall of the hall. Toby got me in touch with Gary Taylor of D&W Restoration. This was a blessing! D&W found the leak and turned off the hot water heater to stop the leak. Immediately thereafter, Toby came in and devised a plan and corrected the leak that saved us a significant amount of money.

I was very pleased with the service we received yesterday, which included replacing fill valves in both toilets & clearing one chronically clogged sink. The price was reasonable, and included a volume discount for the multiple services we needed. Best of all were the several bits of education they gave us in regard to various water & sewer valves in and around the house...sometimes the free stuff is best! Thanks again.

Poor Service, called them through warranty company and as most of plumbing company they didn't wanted to work for me and were working for warranty company. Warranty company rejected my claim saying ,plumber told them it is a new house construction problem. I called City Plumbing supervisor , and he said now way it can be a new construction issue bec all plumbing are well inspected . what city plumbing supervisor said by looking at photo was yes plumbing joint came out and that can happen after 12 year's to any plumbing joint,, he said your warranty company didn't wanted to cover these kind of repairs( its expensive for them) and they ask plumber they send to tell in such a way they can reject it. Will not recommend imperial plumbing to anyone...

Called in about several issues concerning my hot water heater. Talked with Toby who took the time to trouble shoot the problem and walk through all the scenarios. He was extremely personable and upfront. This company is amazing. I highly recommend them.

We've used Imperial before and Toby and the team are the friendliest, most reliable in the business! I wanted to thank you guys for responding quickly when I recommended you to my mother for an emergency. She said you're better and more polite than those "franklin" guys.

Our issue arose late in the evening and after calling several company’s I decided imperial would be the one. The decision really wasn’t about the cost since everyone is similar, the decision was based on them picking up the phone and being courteous. Tobey arrived when expected and was able to solve the issue and more, determining that the actual sewer line had been compromised by roots. Honestly exceptional service, hopefully this review is helpful for people looking for good service.

They got the job done promptly and professionally. Once Robert saw he needed a smaller plumber for the job, he scheduled Toby to come out shortly after with no charge on the first visit. Toby showed great patience and humor in trying to squeeze into a super tight spot behind the toilet. The situation has provided many giggles between my boyfriend and I. #littleplumberboy #holdmeclosertinyplumber. But seriously, they're awesome. Sorry Toby, you're not really that small. 🤣

My home warranty company called Imperial out to look at two leaking outdoor faucets. They were both leaking behind the handles. Home Warranty didn't cover this type of repair and Toby gave me a quote to replace both faucets at 169.00 a piece. I declined getting that done and started looking at you tube videos on how to repair leaking outdoor spigots. I simply tightened the faucet behind both handles with a wrench and that stopped the leaking. Took me a matter of minutes to fix this issue and wasted 75.00 service call. A guess plumbers these days don't try to fix the items you have and try to upsell you new hardware.

Owner Toby is very professional, stays in communication and informs you of the process. Competitive pricing that was 20-40% less than other bids. Very happy with the work

4:30 on a weekday afternoon and I get a call from home that there's water in my garage. A quick Google search for plumbers in my area netted me Toby at Imperial Plumbing. He was obviously knowledgeable and even at that late work-day hour, willing to put things into fast gear to get to my house that night. He did, installed a new water heater, took the time to make sure I knew how it worked, and totally cleaned up the area before he left. He was friendly, very professional, reasonably priced, and is now permanently lodged in my cell phone as our family's plumber.

Great experience with Imperial. Answered my call on first try and was able to get to our house to repair a leaking water heater on Saturday within a few hours of my call. Will use again in the future!

Absolutely blown away by this company. I called this evening to see if I could get a quote on a new p-trap for a vanity I was installing. I didn't get ahold of them immediately, but they called be back within an hour to see if they could help.

After asking for a quote, instead the man I spoke to asked me a few questions to help diagnose what issues I was running into, and walked me through step by step how to do the installation myself. He was super kind and patient, and knowledgeable.

You just don't see this kind of service from contractors these days. If we ever have another plumbing issue, these guys will be my first call

I cannot express how awesome, Toby, and his side kick are. At my clients house, there was a sewage blockage and he came out within 24 hours. He is knowledgeable and personable. We had a mess and they went above and beyond the call of ‘doody’ to help us. I will be calling Imperial Plumbing for my personal plumbing issues going forward. He deserves more than 5 Stars!

Imperial Plumbing and Toby Thomas are our go-to plumber. We have a 30-plus year old house, which means you better have a good plumber because problems are inevitable. Imperial has taken care of issues ranging from mundane (a toilet not properly flushing or replacing a garbage disposal) to the much more urgent (a dead and leaking hot water heater). When our hot water heater expired, Toby got to us rapidly, evaluated the situation, and arranged for water remediation (water leaked into a wall). He installed a new hot water heater, set up a drainage system, and replaced old, inefficiently designed pipes. I strongly recommend Imperial Plumbing.

Have had Imperial out to the house a couple times to look at some issues. They've always been upfront and honest about what's involved in a job and what the costs will be. They were out today to install a new toilet in the master bathroom. They were on time, friendly and professional, and the work was done quickly and correctly. I would highly recommend Imperial Plumbing.

Imperial plumbing is the best plumbing company around. Toby is very professional and caring and go beyond what a normal company would do for you. They will give you honesty and try to save you money and time. I have used them to put new plumbing in and to fix old plumbing and they are an expert in both. I will never use another company for my plumbing needs

Very friendly and informed. I call multiple plumbers, knowing what is wrong with my water heater and Tony is the only one who didn't recommend replacing my year old water heater. He was able to get me an appt. Quickly and was finished in under an hr. The service call is a higher than most but I am willing to pay that for someone that isn't going to try to up-sell me. I would highly recommend.

So disaster struck and my house was flooded with sewer backfill. I called probably ten different companies, one of whom came out to my house, shrugged a few times and then left. Toby at Imperial came to the rescue, and got me set up with expediency and transparency. He helped me navigate dealing with the city for their part of the repair and Allstate for covering the damages and applicable repairs.

He was on time, communicative, and is a great leader for his team. A couple of his guys left a mess on my patio, and without me even saying anything to him he called me to tell me that he corrected that behavior with his guys and they'd be coming back to clean up the mess. His staff weren't even bad - I wasn't even bothered by it because they were all so friendly and good to me and my fiancé. I mean heck, they even brought me lunch when they went to go grab some. Toby and Doug are great guys, and you're in good hands when you call them.

I don't ordinarily leave reviews because I have extremely high expectations of professionals providing service and am typically disappointed. However, in the case of Imperial Plumbing, I'm compelled to leave a 5-star rating for Toby. I had a slab leak and Toby methodically narrowed it down to a leaking circuit. He advised me throughout the process and there were ZERO surprises about cost, effort and outcome. Will use him again and recommend to my neighbors.

I had a list of items that needed repair. Toby called ahead of time to go over the items so that he would be prepared when he arrived the next morning. He arrived on time and, for those who are concerned about the current Covid situation, both gentlemen wore their masks the entire time. They were respectful and honest. Toby went above and beyond. This is the type of company you can feel good about and have a lasting relationship for years to come. I definitely recommend Imperial Plumbing and will not hesitate to use them in the future.
