We recently notice the hot water was only warm and suspected the hot water heater. Next day it was cold so I started looking for a “local plumber”. I called one and he was unavailable and recommended Toby from Imperial Plumbing. I called and he came out on Saturday and quickly realize I had worse problems. He found there was water running thru the meter (I calculated 10,000 + gallons) and suspected a broken pipe under the slab. He put a shut off valve on the hot water heater to stop the water flow under the slab. He could do no more till Monday to get a permit but we at least had cold water. Toby and Sam, his employee, came Monday and using listening devices determined the hot water line between hot water heater and washer was ruptured. He gave me a complete itemized cost for each repair in writing and let me know of any possible additional charges if something else was discovered. We decided to replace the broken pipe, hot water heater (13 years old) and washing machine faucets. They came back Tuesday morning, confirmed their findings from Monday and rerouted the hot water line thru the attic to replace the ruptured line. They also replaced the hot water heater and faucets for my washing machine. EVERY step of the way Toby explained what they were looking for, suspected and doing to resolve the issues. EVERYTHING they did was very professional, of the highest standards and they cleaned up as the job progressed. I will be recommending Imperial Plumbing and Toby to ALL of my friends and highly recommend them to anyone who reads this review. Top notch, highly professional, friendly, reasonable costs and most important very, very honest.

Very happy with my experience with Imperial Plumbing. I had them replace my water heater and fix a shower valve that was giving low pressure. Toby was very knowledgeable and not only fixed my problems but explained what he was doing as he fixed it. I would definitely have them out again next time I need plumbing work.

I haven't used Imperial YET, but I didn't have good luck with my Home Warranty when I used them for my A/C... so was looking to just call a plumber myself and seen Imperial had good reviews. I called at 7:15am and Toby answered happily. He didn't pressure me to use them, and actually told me advice on what to say when getting service through the Home Warranty Vendor. He was so nice and thorough, so I had to write a review and if I do need service again, I will definitely be using Imperial Plumbing.

If you need a plumber in the Denton area this company should be one of your top choices. The plumber Sam is very knowledgeable, professional and just an overall positive experience. They came to diagnose what was wrong with my water heater and realized we needed to replace it. He explained everything in great detail and with a great depth of knowledge. They came in the next day and replaced everything efficiently and on time. They are honest and gave a great fair price for the work and materials needed. Walked through everything with me, recommended an electrician and just put my mind at ease. So if you need a plumber, call them!

Superior customer service. Would recommend for all plumbing needs. Had a leaking sink fixed within minutes. Also been working with Doug to mitigate some water damage from a leaking shower pan and he’s been very knowledgeable and professional with fantastic customer service.

Great experience with Imperial Plumbing. Toby was our plumber and he was prompt and very friendly. He thoroughly explained the issue and what our options were, showing me along the way exactly what he was talking about and what the pricing would be for the different options. I forget the name of the gal I spoke with on the phone who scheduled my appointment, but she was most helpful. She was very friendly and also thoroughly explained the process (they'd been out once prior to our scheduling the work as they were initially dispatched by our home Warranty company who ultimately did not cover the issue and so we secured Imperial Plumbings services on our own accord). Seems like they have a great team all around and I'd highly recommend!

Called and left a message, and quickly received a call back. I had a problem with some incorrectly installed drain pipes under the kitchen sink. After giving Toby the details, he let me know that he wouldn't feel right about charging me for a full on-site repair, and instead walked me through the repairs himself, and even called back later to check on things. You don't get that kind of helpfulness most places, especially not for free. I'll be calling Imperial Plumbing the second I have another plumbing issue, and I'd recommend you do the same.

My experience from Imperial Plumbing is so positive that I called Toby again. I have American home shield but that is for the easy and not tough stuff, and appliances. They looked first and did a yard survey for my water restriction valve. Dug up the area after a service outlined all other wires and gas. Fixed the problem and for what he promised. Now I get full water in my shower and all sinks of a six year old home. Call him. Don’t look for poor service. Get the best!!

Roto Rooter’s speedy service to clear a drain was commendable. As a returning customer, this quick response did not surprise me. Steven’s attention to detail, systematic analysis of the issue, pertinent questions to evaluate the situation, the explanation of steps as a likely resolution, and his care to protect the flooring in the bathroom and adjoining bedroom necessitates my well-deserved kudos. He clearly stated his focus is on clearing drains and not related to plumbing. The tiny leak at the location where the water hose was re-connected to the toilet tank was but a minor issue that I readily addressed. I wish Steven the very best as he progresses in his profession.

They came within an hour when I had sewage backup, and cleared the problem and flushed it down, which was great. But they also tried to convince me to replace pipes that didn't need to be replaced.

The reason I am rating your company a one star the person that came out was very professional It’s no reflection on the person that came out and did the work. I think the service that was provided to me was a little bit pricey first of all the person could not remove the drainage cap. He was able to remove one, but he was not able to remove the second one, but I was charged for the full service and I don’t think that was fair.

If you want great service and a knowledgeable technician give Chase a Putman a call. Glad he came and helped me out. I will be using him in the future

Juan and Zac were great. They identified my backup issue and had it mediated within an hour. They also setup estimates for long-term care options based on my particular problem. Great service, reasonable pricing, and very quick!

Andres was prompt and was able to not only able to dispose of the old water heater and install the new amongst a flooded and humid mess but also taught me about the draining process in simple terms :)

Andres did an excellent job fixing my sink today! I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber!
