We had our bath not draining and we had tried a lot of things. As usual my go to Roto Rooter team helped us out. Big shout out to Steve who was super professional and explained every question I had and showed how to prevent it too. Roto Rooter never disappoints!

Old water heater started leaking right before winter storm hit in late afternoon. Andres came out an hour later and removed the old heater and returned first thing in the morning and installed a new one. All during the awful weather. Andres was knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Cannot recommend enough!

Syler was professional and swift in his work. He diagnosed my problem within minutes and took care to not damage my house or washer by covering his shoes in plastic and my washer with a sheet while working. While it was a bit pricey to go with roto rooter for this service, I haven't had any issues with their work in the past.

Andres was very professional & efficient, not an expense I wanted to incur so close to the holidays. However, he made it tolerable.

Go 5241 explained everything very well to someone with limited plumbing knowledge like myself. He identified the problem and then was able to adjust upon seeing how the sink was acting. Very knowledgeable and friendly, got the job done great :)

In the midst of near freezing temperatures, refreezing previously melted snow/ice, and in the dark…he fixed my foundation leak, allowing my family to have hot water for the first time in nearly two weeks! Due to complications on his prior job, he wasn’t able to make it to my home until late in the evening…meaning he couldn’t complete the job until “later” in the evening! All the while, he was pleasant and seemed unbothered by the terrible weather conditions.

If you should ever have the unfortunate loss of hot water, I truly hope you’re fortunate to have this young man as your technician.

I had Andres he was really great and knowledgeable. He found the leak and I had no clue and identified things that I did not know. Also caulked my toilets and was very helpful. This is my second time using them they come really quick and are really good

Had an emergency and had our gas turned off right before the storm. Roto and my tech Skylar were able to get the work done promptly and also work with the city to get an inspection and permit completed with the city faster than I thought possible. Shoutout to everyone involved. Thank you!

Super pleased with the rapid response to address a sewer line that was ruptured by fiber optics horizontal drilling. Not knowing the problem initially, had Roto Rooter come out and clean the line since water was backing up into house. They were unable to fully clean due to blockage. Within two hours they followed up with a video inspection, and confirmed that there was a section that was damaged. I then agreed to have them perform the followup repair. Initial cleaning with their cable equipment seemed expensive but when your sewer line is not working you need to proceed. The followup trenching and repair work was high initially but they offered several discounts and made the price more reasonable. The crew came on time and made the repair in half a day. Happy to have the problem fixed.

Roto Rooter responded quickly. After I found my laundry room flooded and pipe busted in the attic, I called them. At first they told me they were busy and would receive a call what sounded like a few days. I was surprised tbey called in less them 30 minutes with a tech available. Skyler arrived soon after rapidly diagnosed the reason for the leak and repair option. Price was reasonable since it was an emergency call and the bad weather. Thanks Skyler for arriving so soon and repairing the leak quickly. He was able to get into my cramp, low ceiling attic and repair the pipe. You don’t know how much I appreciate it. Water is on , no leaks noted now for the sheetrock repair. I think I’ll call their water restoration services. I’ll let you know how that goes.

2/2/26 Well it’s been a week and no call from the restoration people. I called and spoke with Jorge the same day. He said he would be over the next morning. Of course not calling a second time.

So I had the very horrific experience of my senior dog Willie getting stuck under the crawlspace of my house. It was a nightmare, but I was directed to reach out to roto-rooter to come out and use their special high-tech camera that they use in their line of work to try and find him under the house. Everyone I spoke to was kind and very understanding of the situation. They kept me updated and let me know that Help was on the way. Their excavation field supervisor, Jordan Gunderson came out. Right away, Jordan expressed his commitment to saving Willie and helped me stay at ease knowing that he was going to find him. Although he was in a completely different area from where he entered through, it didn’t take very long for Jordan to find him. He is a true PROFESSIONAL. He was very helpful, and even though his part of the job was done, he stuck around the entire time as the excavation crew worked diligently to make a big enough hole for Willie to be rescued. We quite literally could not have saved Willie without roto rooter services and Jordan. Thank you a million times for your work!!
