I took off work from 10 to 2. At 1:50 I called to check on my appointment and they didn't know. 5 minutes later I got a call that they were heading out but they are 30 to 45 minutes away. That is not 10 to 2. A courtesy call to say it will be 3pm would have been helpful. We have to just sit all day for a 4 hour window just for you to be an hour later.

These guys were great! Came out, saw that the line was clogged and fixed it within a few minutes! Extremely reasonable prices and Jeremy was as friendly and professional as anyone could be. He's answered all my questions and didn't make me feel like an idiot for asking. Out of 3 companies, this company was the ONLY one willing to fix this simple clog for me....

A&M chose to not get a city permit prior to doing plumbing work.
That action caused me to be unable to get a leak adjustment from the city.
Thus, the responsibility for an adjustment shifted to A&M.
Mary, co-owner, was consistently rude, condescending and adamant that “she would not pay my water bill"!
I’ll try Lewis, co-owner, next! Any bets on me getting a leak adjustment? Of course not!
I do have a new plumber!

Called to get a quote for a plumbing issue, I was told I needed to have a leak locator come out and mark where the problem was. Their preferred vendor was not available for over a week to come out, I called another company to have this service performed. When I called back to schedule an estimate was informed they do not follow any other provider for slab leaks unless its from their preferred vendor only, this was not disclosed to me up front. Louie then proceeded to laugh at my issues and other estimate from the leak locator service when I tired to explain what I was told. I'm not a plumber but I am a human being that was looking for a quality company with quality work, after being talked down to I decided to go else where.

We had a water leak, they used their own surveyor to find the leak, not only was the surveyor wrong on where the leak was, the estimate was WAY off. Then when it took two men 2 hours to fix the problem with only a 6 foot, 3/4 inch pipe cost, they charged me 200 less than the estimate. Estimate was 3k, cost was 2800

They provided a very quick turnaround on a replacing a water heater. The guys were here within 24 hours of the request, the water heater was installed within a couple of hours. I totally recommend them.

You've found your plumber, no need to look any further!! I had them come out to install a gas line for our new stove. They were the most knowledgeable and beat everyone else's price. Then we had them replace the shut off valves under the kitchen sink and redo the drain for the new sink. Then I needed some further help and Luis just walked me through it over the phone instead of charging me for a guy to come out. Just call them to come out and you'll see for yourself.

James came by and fixed up an issue I have been dealing with for years!! He was polite, presentable and informative. Great guy to deal with and I hope the company values him tremendously! Will always use A&M plumbing from here on out.

We have used A&M Plumbing since we moved to Denton in 2012. From the first time they came to their recent trip, they have been kind and responsive. Each time they've worked on our plumbing, they have done their best to save us money while also completing quality work. There is never pressure to buy or do more than is necessary. They are sweet to our children and respectful to us. We will continue to use them as long as we're here and suggest that others do the same.

A&M has always been great to work with. James recently came out to replace some old valves under our sink, was quick to work and informative about what he was doing. They also previously came out to repair a water manifold that was hidden in a wall and made quick work to get it fixed. A&M has always been transparent with their assessment and has always given me advice on what options I had for repairs or upgrades.

Fabian with AM Plumbing is highly skilled and will be my go-to plumber for as long as he is available. We are replacing a built-in bathtub shower with a stand alone shower and this requires new valve, water lines, and a 2” drain. I am very impressed by his knowledge and skill. He is a great person who can solve any plumbing need, at an affordable price.

I called this morning for a fairly large leak in a pipe that busted under a tree. Lots of digging and rerouting pipes. Luis was kind, professional and explained what was going on. The workers were fast yet did a great job. I truly appreciate this business and will recommend them.

I was at my wits end when I found out that the toilet I seldom use had no water in the bowl and tank! I called A & M Plumbing yesterday and Fabian was able to come out today. I just knew it was going to be costly to repair. Fabian checked the tank and found a part was just stuck! Viola problem solved. He told me I would have to have it replaced. I asked him how much it would cost and he said let me check. Well he went out to his truck, got the parts and replaced everything! I will never use any other Plumbing company!

I was in the process of selling my home when a hydro static test failed on my plumbing. With the closing date nearing and time running out, AM plumbing was able to squeeze us in to their scheduling and get us fixed up. They were able to successfully remove the damaged drain line and install new pvc in a couple if hours. They were able to do the repair and test the lines again all within a day. Theyre pricing was the more reasonable of all of the plumbing companies that had come out. Can i mention the customer service over the phone? With things getting hectic, the lady on the phones was able to give me full 5 star service and make the entire selling process less painful. She was able to provide me with everything i was being asked for from the buyer, and almost instantaneously so we were able to prevent the close date from extending.

Updated: So it turns out 1) they actually cracked the base of the toilet they reseated so it will eventually have to be replaced and 2) they didn’t seat the now-cracked toilet well and it started rocking soon after service. My partner has emailed them at least twice now and they haven’t responded. Boo.

AM Plumbing was recommended to us by two different friends after we had bad experiences with two other plumbing services, leaving us with a leaking toilet for days. AM Plumbing scheduled us for next-day service and took care of everything on our list - the leaking toilet, snaking a clogged bathtub drain, and replacing an old toilet - in under two hours. They even hauled away the old toilet so we wouldn’t have to remove it ourselves. We worked with Lionel, who was very polite, friendly, and helpful. I can see why two different people recommended AM to us - would call again if we need more plumbing help!

Thank you Louie and your staff, especially Fabian and Jeff! I am always thankful on how they can trouble shoot an issue and fix it without destroying my walls and floor. I have had them out twice now in my home, recently to replum my gas lines, they were determined to find every leak and fix it and they did!

The other issue is when I had a slab leak, not knowing about A&M Plumbing (this was several years back), I got several estimates. A&M Plumbing was the only company that suggested a way to fix the issue without tearing down sheet rock and cabinets. I am so glad I trusted them to do the job!
I am grateful for the good job they have done and will continue being a loyal customer.
