We had a broken water line and the City had to turn our water off. This was on a Friday evening. I was sure we wouldn't be able to get anyone out on a weekend and with the recent freeze, I could only think it was going to be bad. Haltex was able to get someone out on Saturday and he diagnosed the problem and fixed it within a couple of hours. Sergio was so nice and very good at this job. Thank you for exceeding my expectations!

Very friendly seem like people you would do business with untill i walked outside my home he had tore loose my underpinning to crawl under did not put back in place all this for nothing because he didnt bother to send a quote after verifing my email address would never give any oppitunity to this company and would not recomend their services to anybody BEWARE!!!!

Ivan sent quote overall to conclude its really not the fault of the company just another example of this LAZY generation...the quote had no details or itemization of the 8240... how much was the permits? How much was the excuvation.
Received response from the owner... in conclusion; I failed to mention the above services were done at no charge...the underpinning was put back on by me. When I called originally... was to inquire about the COST to provide an estimate for services. Found there pricing very fair!!!!!

And then I was even more impressed when I met the plumber who came to my house. He listened to my concerns, carefully evaluated the situation, and based on his vast knowledge and experience, was able to put my mind at ease and explain what was happening and offer solutions. Jim is the best! I had so many problems need to be fixed, such as kitchen faucet leaking, waterheater need to be replaced, bathroom sink stuffed... and they fixed all perfectly, very professional! Love them work!!
