This company has to be the best we’ve dealt with since moving to this house and we’ve had our fair share of plumbing issues. JJ helped us with the insurance process, finding a restoration company, and with many smaller things along the way! He even let our kids watch his work as they were fascinated with each part of the process. I am very glad we were connected with On a Roll Plumbing!

JJ was very thorough in performing his job. He was able to identify the problem and resolve it in a short period of time. He also was able to put his camera down the pipe to see the status of the pipe and how much a grease was built up in. it definitely would have him come back to do any other services any plumbing services that we needed at both this house in our house thanks, JJ.

JJ is very professional, punctual, and courteous. We had a problem with another plumber and he gave me his honest option about how to proceed and get the problems resolved. He even brought in an Amazon package for us when he stopped by and we were out of town.

On a service call to my home, On a Roll Plumbing showed up on-time, listened to what I needed, and were very professional. The plumber paid a lot of attention to detail and made sure I was 100% satisfied after completing the repair to my tankless hot water heater.

Lauren was thorough and an excellent communicator both verbally and backing that up with great written notes on our receipts. She went above and beyond what other techs have done in the past. We appreciate her time and effort to do the job right.

Professional, friendly and on time. For the second time Aaron was extremely helpful with correcting the issue that he found on my heating maintenance visit. What could have been a future gas leak was found and corrected and I am so thankful for his help.

Christian did a great job. The valve in one of our shower froze and he had quite a challenge to remove and replace it. It wasn’t properly installed when our home was built 23 years ago. In short we are up and running again and I couldn’t be happier.

No showed after assuring me they would be there between 4-6pm on a Saturday when I had an active leak.

When the plumber hadn’t shown up by 6pm, the answering service took my info and then said, “Someone will return your call after 9am Monday.” and quickly hung up on me. Mind you, their info said they were still open until 8pm.

Sunday morning at 7:15am (when their posted hours were open at 7am), I called, stating the no show and asked when the plumber would be here. She took down my info and then said the same thing, “we’ll have someone call you Monday morning after 9am.” I said, “No. You no-showed and your info says you’re open today.” to which she said, “I’m just an answering service.”

Beware this shop. I had a good experience a few years ago when they were Strittmatter but they’re now owned by Freimeyer. Call someone else more professional (or local during weekday hours).

Again, I asked specifically for the initial person to confirm they’d be here Sat between 4-6pm (so I could stop calling others to help) and she confirmed. Not trustworthy.
