Lauren arrived on time and immediately started to work. She diagnosed the problem and gave me a full explanation. Lauren noted that the replacement part I needed was possibly covered under warranty. She did the research and confirmed that the part was covered. Lauren contacted the company and made arrangements for the replacement part to be picked up and installed. She then contacted her dispatch and scheduled the installation for the earliest available time. Her expertise and professionalism has sold me on Frymire Home Services.

Two new systems installed. Excellent technicians, great management support, good clean up, new return placed to accommodate greater air flow. Highly recommend Frymire.

Ms. Lauren Cox came out to evaluate my HVAC, in part my AC unit that is not working properly. Ms. Cox took her time and conducted a comprehensive diagnostics test. I was advised that certain parts were needed and she took the initiative and contacted the manufacturer on my behalf to see if the compressor was under warranty, which luckily it was. Lauren will order the parts and the compressor and come back to replace and install the parts for an efficient AC unit and HVAC system in my home. Very polite and knowledgeable young lady. I had a great experience with interacting with her.

This was our second time using Frymire/Strittmatter. The cost was lower than expected this time since it was a weekend. Bryan Rodriguez was very thorough, professional, and polite. After taking care of our drain being backed up, he gave us a quote for permanent repairs and talked to us about services that members receive. We will be signing up to become members.

Aaron did a thorough job of checking my HVAC system. He arrived when scheduled and explained everything get did.

I must say Adrian did an amazing job installing our new AC units. Everything was setup properly with care and professionalism. I would highly recommend Adrian and Frymire.

Aaron was excellent. He was professional, informative, and cordial. He also helped me solve a latching problem that I was experiencing with grill cover that holds the air filter in place. He approached his work with enthusiasm and diligence. When his work was completed, he reviewed the results of his inspection with me in a thorough manner. He is very competent. I highly recommend him and will request him to do future inspections.

Tech was on time and explained what all he did. Service was great and tech was very professional and polite!

We have used Strittmatter twice and both times have been fantastic. JJ, our service tech on the most recent visit, arrived promptly, walked me through the work, and completed it very quickly. I really appreciate the customer service! Thank you! Before and after pics below.

Omar was very good at finding out the issue with our unit. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the situation and listening to my questions. A very nice young man and an amazing HVAC technician.

Paid for all recommended repairs during a preventative a/c tune up at the beginning of summer. System went down less than 45 days later. Called them back out and they now say it needs to be replaced for $12,000.

They are either dishonest or incompetent.

After using Strittmatter's for 15 + years, it would be great if Nick could be assigned to our account since he has now familiarized himself with our dual unit set-up and can recommend the best solutions moving forward. Chris showed up to go over our options to replace our HVAC system.He did a fantastic job explaining everything in great detail so we could make the right choice in choosing our new HVAC system.

Aaron was efficient and polite. He also gave recommendations on what exact air filter to order to ensure the best fit.

Since I am updating my review, the comment posted by the company is irrelevant.

Company changed the name...called them for an AC issue ( you will Not know it's a different company now till they show up at your house), was beyond sure the quality of service is amazing as it was and long story short...they have sabotaged my AC with useless "repairs" ripping off a few thousands of dollars from me, including one of their "repairs " causing a severe leak of fluid through my kitchen ceiling that was just brushed off.
I am now replacing the WHOLE AC system...thanks for nothing theives.

Just in case it's difficult to see...tried to set the temp to 77 but it just blows useless air and temp in the house is 82! I might as well just sleep outside.
Long story short...just Don't even bother.

They replaced our AC several years ago and did a fine job, all of the technicians who have come out have been knowledgeable and friendly. Unfortunately, they seem to have been acquired and now when you call it's a call center. I called to schedule a service this morning and successfully scheduled for same day service, but I got disconnected before I could verify if the same technician was coming out as last week. I immediately called back the same number and it connected to customer service who I had to spell out all of my information to again, address, email etc only for them to say they were customer service and could only take a message and have somebody else call me back. So strange for such a simple question. I want to hire a different company to replace my furnace, but I feel stuck with these guys because I have a good warrantee on my AC which I've had to use a couple times already. I thought we were going with a good local company originally but now it's not that.
Edit: The president of the company called me and apologized which was super nice. I really appreciate how hard they've worked hard to keep my business and the immediate response to an unsatisfied customer. I understand that as businesses grow they have more overhead, so things cost more, but their price is significantly higher than another local business. Overall, I've had no actual problems, everyone local that I've interacted with has been fantastic, I just prefer a smaller company.

Ignacio Cardenas the perfect A/C service tech. Was ahead of schedule, explained what he would be doing. Wore dust covers on shoes, worked quickly, reset thermostat and was finished. Want him if I ever need more service. Thanks Ignacio.

I want to take a moment to recognize and deeply thank Jamal McDuffie for going above and beyond during a recent urgent service call at my dad’s home. From the moment he arrived, Jamal was professional, courteous, and clearly highly skilled at what he does.

We had been dealing with an AC issue that caused a lot of stress, especially in the middle of the summer heat.
