The best people I have ever worked with! With my house being older, things had to be brought up to new code standards for hot water heaters.Mark Sanchez went above and beyond to get that all taken care of. When they opened the box of the new heater, they realized it had been damaged in shipping to the local big box store. Haltex owner Halston Homeyer personally came and took it back and dealt with getting it refunded. Then he also personally went to Moore Supply Company and got me a new one from them. So glad he knew of them and had no problems getting what we needed.( I will also use Moore from now on) The entire installation took longer than usual because of everything, but these guys stuck it out and were very efficient, polite and courteous. They are very knowledgeable. I will always recommend them and will use them in the future. From my initial call, speaking with Jennifer, she was very nice and answered all my questions and was so helpful. Fantastic service.

Sergio and his team from Haltex stayed late into the night to ensure my hot water tank was replaced after it had been leaking into my attic. They quickly had the leak resolved. The tank replaced and hot water running. Highly recommend!

Had a fantastic experience with Haltex. Very thorough and timely. Definitely will be using them going forward. I’m a “do it yourself” guy. In this instance I knew my limitations. As a General Contractor myself, I know quality contractors. Haltex is definitely high quality.

Sergio arrived at our home on time and was the most professional and courteous/informative repairman we have worked with to date. He quickly identified the gas leak issues correcting the problem and then proceeded to check other gas connections and fixed another as well. Haltex Plumbing is now our go to company should we need their services again.

These guys came and replaced my leaky water heater valve much quicker and more affordably than the other place I called, so I’m very happy about that. They also arrived earlier than the scheduled window and were very knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely call them first next time I have any plumbing issues.

These people completely wasted my time. I called about an issue with my water pressure in my kitchen sink and they scheduled me for this morning between eight and 10 in the morning and I patiently waited but it got to 1130 and they still weren't at my home and had not given me any information on any updates. I texted to find out where they were and then I got a phone call with some Excuse about their scheduling platform and their dispatch people not knowing what they were doing. Needless to say because of this breach in the service agreement and complete waste of my time when I had other things to get done, I will not be getting service from these people and will be taking my business elsewhere and I recommend everyone else do the same.

I got a tank water heater installed by Haltex Plumbing today. They were recommended by a friend. I must say I liked working with Haltex Plumbing very much. Sergio who did the actual install, is good, honest and a simple guy who is knowledgeable and does the work diligently. And I would say the same goes for Halston, who is the owner. He is very easy to talk to, very upfront, down to earth, honest person and the pricing was reasonable.
Overall, l like their work a lot. I was very comfortable talking to them. Felt like family. I would definitely go back to them for any plumbing work and would also recommend them to my friends and colleagues.

The company sent truly knowledgeable and skilled technicians to my house, who fixed a kitchen faucet within an hour. The job wasn't easy because a metal fixture beneath the old faucet was rusted, making it difficult to detach it. However, they successfully removed it and replaced it with a new one. The price was reasonable, so I'll continue to use this company when I have a plumbing issue in the future. I highly recommend this company because it obviously has wonderful, reliable employees and prioritizes its reputation over business. Don't hire a "handyman" from nowhere who can mess up your house!

Mark definitely helped us out with our busted outdoor sink pipe. He had great suggestions on ways to fix it and did a great job while having a very pleasant attitude and got us all fixed up in no time. We will definitely use his plumbing service again in the future.

During our countertop remodel, Haltex Plumbing provided exceptional customer service, handling both the plumbing disconnect and reconnect efficiently. These men were working a job in a building next to mine when my mom pulled up with some very heavy furniture for my apartment. She asked them for some help and they moved all the stuff in the back of her car and denied compensation for it! Very kind gentlemen to have stopped what they were doing to help us out! Thank you!

Didn't call didn't show up - I chose this company because of the reviews and I thought the service would be much better than a larger company. Sooooo very disappointing!!!

Came out next day, dug into our wall and fixed a corroded manifold in a few hours. We were able to run our dishwasher again. Excellent service.

Great company! Can not say enough good things in this review. We had a storm drain get dislodged in our ceiling and water everywhere. They showed up same day and within a few hours had the issue fixed. Halston and Rusty were professional and friendly and quick. I will definitely use them again for my commercial plumbing work in Grand Prairie.

Update 10/29 - Haltex saved the day again for me. Had a meter to house leak. Luckily for me, my later afternoon appointment got moved up a few hours. Jonathan arrived on time and diagnosed my plumbing issue, and made the repairs. Once again, it was priced right, and I'm completely satisfied!

Haltex did an amazing job. Extremely honest and straightforward. The crew was in and out, priced right and completely satisfied. The crew had to perform a slab leak bypass and a few other needs. The crew made as minimal damage as possible. I would definitely use Halston and his crew in the future if needed. They also provide flexible financing. We didn't use it, but it was a welcomed option. Obviously, your credit score is a factor, but the terms were on par with any others.

Excellent team of guys! Very professional and efficient in what they do! I will definitely be using and recommending Haltex in the future!

Best plumbers I have ever worked with. I had a spigot pipe break off in the wall. They came out on a Saturday, went right to work and got it done quickly and correctly! Didn’t even have to cut the inside wall to get the pipe out! Well done! Will definitely use them again.
