Disaster stuck! Our Gas Hot Water Heater busted and water was everywhere. Got on Google and did a plumbing search. Several popped up. I called a few but couldn’t get out for two days to give assessment and quotes. A few requested photos and sent me some expensive quotes. Knee Deep was able to come out same day and give me a reasonable quote and replace appointment. Robert and Lionel showed up and replaced our Water Heater and got us out of cold showers lol! Highly recommend Knee Deep Plumbing folks. Prompt response with quality service. Give these guys a call, might be a wallet saver.

Nate and Noah were great from start to finish. Came out first to provide an estimate and then later to do the work. The installation of the sink faucets and shower products look great!

Knee Deep Plumbing was very responsive when I called about our horse paddock pump spigot which had broken at the base. Nathan and Erik came within the hour, assessed the situation quickly and set about a plan for repair. In the end it appears that both the spigot and the turn off valve assigned to that water station are now better situated for long term function than they were after the original installation which was done by a different contractor. This is my third experience with KDP. They are consistently responsive, reliable and have friendly, capable technicians. I highly recommend this plumbing company!

I could not be happier with the service today from Knee Deep Plumbing!. I called them with an emergency - water all over the laundry room floor - and they had somebody at my door just a couple of hours later. I love that I got a text with the plumber’s photos so I would recognize them when they rang my doorbell . Robert and Michael were so friendly, polite and explained what needed to be done before they did it. I’m a Realtor so you can bet I will make sure they get referred to my clients. I had a tub filler that was not working correctly. Nate and Noah showed up on time, diagnosed the issue and helped order a new part matching my existing fixtures. Once the part arrived, Nate and Noah showed up again promptly and completed the installation professionally. We have had work done by Knee Deep on multiple occasions and are always impressed at the quality and professionalism and Nate and Noah are some of the best.

Nathan and Erik helped us repair a leaking shower faucet that has been causing us trouble for months. Prompt service arrived as scheduled they gave me a price before they started and the repairs were done in a timely manner. They recut the seat in my outdoor water faucet and installed new washer and that fixed the leak. Replaced the faucets in the bathroom sink and resealed both toilets one had the flange about an inch below the floor with jumbo seals. Could not be any happier with the repairs and price also gave me a military discount. I have used them for over 30 years. Thanks again for coming to rescue me. Frank

They sent out Robert and Mike to repair an upstairs shower-pan leak and replace a kitchen faucet, and these two were fantastic. Professional, courteous, skilled, and reasonably priced. They explained everything clearly and made the whole process easy.
