We received a recommendation from another plumber for Drip Plumbing. When we called, they promptly assigned Mr. Dylan to handle our bathroom renovation. The scope of work included installing a new bathtub, a new shower and valve, and a faucet to the new vanity. Even though it was December during the busy holiday season, they made themselves available to us. The work was highly professional. Mr. Dylan offered excellent suggestions while accommodating our needs in an efficient and effective manner. The administrative staff was also very professional and genuinely caring. We are very happy with the completed work.

What started small turned major quickly, no fault of DRIP Plumbing. Their plumbing specialist found some issues that could have cost much, much more if not properly repaired. Our plumbing specialist Dylan Taylor did an outstanding job making repairs and keeping us informed every step of the way providing documentation for every repair made. I am confident the repairs were done to the highest standard possible.

From my first contact with Katie to help schedule our emergency plumbing repairs to Nicks professional consultation and exemplar work, I recommend Drip Plumbing. Our water heater went out, and a faucet broke during a winter storm. Katie quickly scheduled us on a Saturday morning, and Nick was able to replace our water heater, fix the faucet all within the same day. I appreciate their expertise, professionalism and dedication to quality customer service and mastery in the field.

We called DRIP Plumbing to replace two toilets. Toby and Christopher arrived promptly and got to work removing our old toilets. They installed new ones, that we picked out, which sat about 4 inches higher than our old ones. My tall husband is most pleased!! Everything looks great! We have used DRIP before as we had a pipe burst under the foundation and water heater replacement. We highly recommend DRIP for all your plumbing needs! Thank you Toby and Christopher!!

Brandon came over today to help repair a leaky hose bib and was extremely courteous and professional. He did what needed to be done and more at a VERY reasonable price. I highly recommend Drip Plumbing and their attention to detail is great.

I placed a call, after not being able to keep the pilot light lit on my water heater, at around 10 a.m. Also, noticed some water in the pan.

These guys immediately set up an appointment for THE SAME DAY! I have had numerous plumbers make me wait in the past, but not DRIP. They gave me a 2 hour window by 11:00 a.m. to 1 p.m. They were here just shortly after eleven.

They greeted me at the door and introduced themselves. Nickolas S. and Christopher. Nickolas gave me a card, asked if they could come inside and proceeded to diagnose the issue.

They went out to the van, came back with a quote and let me make my decision. No pressure, just options. It didn't take long to come to a conclusion that fit my budget.

These guys went to get the heater, I went to the bank for a cashiers check and they had it done by 2:20 pm. THE SAME DAY!

Thank you so much Nickolas for your help, kindness, AND efficiency. The price was right, and the installation was professional. They even put in sensors for leaks in the future and Christopher was super polite and respectful of our home. He asked permission to enter into each room, to install sensors under sinks. Thanks for that as well.

Branden and Christopher were professional and knowledgeable. Both were patient in explaining details about everything they looked at. They walked me through the baseline checkup and the outdoor faucet repairs they performed. I am pleased with their quality service!

Really great service! Dylan came out to help with clearing my drain and he was nothing but friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He calmly listened to me explain my situation and quickly assessed the problem. Although plumbing companies are always expensive, I believe this company's prices are quite reasonable. I paid about $360 for the service. It seems that they normally have an $89 travel fee but they currently have a $20 travel fee special for first time customers. I ended up keeping him a bit over the hour limit, and he did not charge me the extra hourly fee of $176. In addition to that, he made sure I understood the overall situation and thoroughly answered any questions I had. I have had experiences with other plumbing companies before, which were not bad, but this experience has definitely been the best.

Tobias from DRIP Plumbing was over to switch out a cartridge in our bathtub. The spout in our tub started to release about a shot glass worth of water every 10 or 15 minutes, so we called our go-to plumbers. We didn't want to let it drag on and see a spike on our water bill. Tobias was great, as usual. (Snagged a pic of the new cartridge installed, compared to the old one to show my spouse).

Brandon from Drip Plumbing was fast, pleasant and super tidy. He told me up front exactly what my costs were going to be so, no surprises. He estimated his completion time, but finished early. It was a nice experience and I will definitely call Drip again.

Branden and Christopher and DRIP plumbing did great work on our home. They were punctual and professional and worked quickly and left the place cleaner than when they started. They kept me well informed about what they were working on, how much it would cost and why, and some future issues that could arise. They also caught some issues with our toilets that I was unaware of and promptly fixed them preventing future damages. I would highly recommend Branden & Christopher & DRIP plumbing, I truly felt they were invested in setting up my home with the best plumbing available.

Awesome service. Quick to schedule a visit. Drip Plumbing was very attentive and made sure to answer all questions before leaving. Not only did he call me that night, but he was able to come by my home late morning the next day to help me. He and Robert had my hot water heater replaced quickly. The service was fast, easy and professional.
