Guillermo was amazing! He was detailed and observant; he Identified some dangerous things in our home and took care of them swiftly and with care. Explained everything to us, was not pushy at all, and was very kind and thoughtful. The whole experience was very straightforward, easy, and necessary. Mr. electric and Guillermo are our go to guys going forward!

Kaleb is hands down one of the best electrical technician I’ve worked with. He was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly, completed the job efficiently, and made sure everything was safe and up to code. His attention to detail and commitment to doing things the right way really stood out.

We found Mr. Electric to be the perfect solution when our valued tenant notified us of a complete loss of electric power to their restaurant. They came, diagnosed the problem, and knowing how important it was to get power to freezers and refrigerators, Travis rearranged his schedule to be there for us. He and his crew started early in the morning, completed the extensive electric repair, contacted the City to get it inspected, the work was approved, and power was restored that afternoon. It was a Friday and had they not been so gracious as to see everything through that afternoon it may have been Monday before power was on, which would have been a disaster for our tenant.

Jayden was friendly, informative and professional. He explained the process in detail and gave us options to make a decision. Would recommend.

Aaron is great! He came out for the estimate and helped us determine the best solution for a big electrical job and talked through all of the options in terms of best long term plan for cost. He saw our future vision for the property and was very helpful in planning for our future needs. Once we agreed on scope of work, he returned 2 days later with Clayton and they did a great job! Will definitely use him for future work needed. This was a large job including building a new panel and running underground lines so they were on property several hours. Their professionalism is top notch and although we were home during the work, I would have no issue giving Aaron access to our property had we been away. He is a great guy and knows his stuff. 110% recommend!!

The smoke detectors were replaced efficiently and priced competitively. The technician stated he could not look into nor repair a garage door keypad.

Jayden Fleming came out to the house and moved my outlet in the restroom so I could place a mirror over the old outlet space.

Did great work left no mess. He also walked around my house and answered some outlet questions I had.

Tech was very professional, patient and kind. He too the time to trace source of a problem with a circuit causing a breaker to trip. He explained what he was seeing as he traced the problems. Great experience.

I’ve had two different Tesla EV Chargers installed at my brother’s house and now my own and Mr. Electric always does a fantastic job of making sure everything is installed safely, correctly, and professionally. It’s become a no brainer to recommend them.

A Not So Easy Fix

Guillermo and team worked very hard to get power out to my storage building. The building was already wired for power. It just hasn’t worked in 20 years. I assumed it would be an easy fix, but they ran into not one, not two, but three issues. After working all day, hand digging a 50 feet trench to bury new wiring, and running new wiring in the attic from the breaker box to the back outdoor outlet, they got it up and running. It wasn’t cheap but good work like that never is. I felt like they really knew what they were doing, and it’s all guaranteed for 2 years. I’d definitely use them again if another electrical issue comes up.

Jayden Flemin went above and beyond to get a generator interlock kit installed right before her big ice storm comes in. He was professional, patient and super eager to do a great job. I would highly recommend his help if you have any electrical needs.
