We recently used Mr. Electric to check out some electrical issues after a water pipe burst at our home. Our technician was Travis C, and we could not have been happier with the service. Travis was very nice and knowledgeable.

Electricity went out in my laundry room, hall and back bedroom. David Sandefur got there about 12:30 on a Friday afternoon. He had to do a lot of troubleshooting to figure out the problem. It involved lots of trips to the attic and my attic is not easy to get around in. He figured out the problem, replaced some 50 year old wires and got it fixed. Dirty and dusty from all the trips to the attic, he cleaned up everything and finally got to go home around 6:30. He kept me informed on what he needed to do and what the cost would be. I did not envy him having to drive home to Burleson on a Friday night.

Had an outage in one of the bedrooms, the technician arrived in about an hour of calling. Had the problem identified within 20 minutes. "It was a mistake and weak point made by the builder 20 years ago". Had it fixed and power restored within the hour. The estimate was alot less than I had anticipated. ($225.00 total). The technician was very courteous, professional and explained the problem, as well as showed me what had happened and why. It good to find an honest company that performs an honest repair. Hard to find that these days. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Great experience! Theron came out and replaced 2 faulty breakers and did a fantastic job. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. Highly recommend!

Called to have a couple fluorescent lightbulbs replaced in my business. I told them on the phone that all I needed was lightbulbs need to be replaced. Tech came in wasn’t even there for 2 minutes and told us the panels were bad and wanted us to replace the entire panel. All we need is lightbulbs, then wanted 850 dollars to change the 12 bulbs. Cost of bulbs are $7 each or $84 total. So $84 in bulbs $766 in labor. Absolutely ridiculous.

David was wonderful. Very kind and patient and very thorough in his work. Would highly recommend David and if we ever need anything else done we would not hesitate use Mr. Electric again.

I had an excellent experience with the electrician name Theron from Mr. electric. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took his time to clearly explain the issues and how he plans to fix it. The work was done efficiently and correctly, and everything is working perfectly. I truly appreciate his honesty and attention to detail. I will highly recommend Mr. electric and the electrician theory to anyone needing electrical work.

We had an EV charger installed in our garage. David did a great job of explaining our options and giving prices accordingly. We were pleased with the cost and warranty and would definitely use this company again!

Jake was extremely professional and detailed. He outlined everything needed to get my house to code in the event of an inspection, answered numerous questions and took the time to explain safety measures, the use of amps with different appliances, etc. Thank you Jake for making me feel more secure in my home, and for making necessary repairs. Clayton Kelly was the tech that came to diagnosed and fix my problem. He was efficient and knowledgeable, took the time to explain how everything worked and why. He understood my financial predicament and worked with me to find the safest solution that fit my budget and still brought me peace of mind. He worked with my home warranty lady so patiently and explained several times to her what was wrong, what was fixed and all of the nitty gritty details despite them having zero competence in understanding and I was able to receive some reimbursement from the company. (I wanted to reach through the phone and shake the lady so many times but clayton remained patient and helpful). The other tech that came to help repair was also amazing. (I cant remember his name but maybe brody?) Both were friendly and respectful of me, my home, my family and my fur babies who were sure they were there simply to be their new friend. At some point I will need yo make further upgrades to my electrical system when i can afford to and I will definitely be using this company and hopefully the same professional in the future.

Jake was the technician who came out, and he was excellent to work with. He replaced several plugs, got our power back up and running quickly, and explained everything clearly along the way. Jake was professional, easy to talk to, and—most importantly—he didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t actually need.

Absolutly amazing and personable service from Travis and Steven. They came out and fixed an issue a separate company had created. They worked diligently to gain an answer from my leasing office to get this accomplished in a very timely manner. If you need any electrical help I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Electric if you want the job done right the first time!

We had to have some service done to the electrical panel in a home we recently purchased. Aaron came out and did a great job! All while completing the service needed, he kept me informed as to the progress they were making and the timeline they were trying to keep to. They finished ahead of schedule and were personable and professional the whole time. We will definitely call them back out for additional work.

Travis and Steven were amazing. Got here within the window, listened to me layout what had happened/issues we were having, and got to work.
