My home AC unit was on the way out yesterday BUT thanks to Locke Supply and their knowledgeable staff, I got my part for super duper low cost and now enjoying cool air circulating in my house again😍 Very smart friendly young lady behind the counter at HVAC area, thank you 😊

Check your nitrogen bottles before you pay they sell empty refill nitrogen.

I had a wonderful experience when I visited that store. The store manager was excellent and the gentleman at the counter was totally awesome. A real stand up guy.

Very disrespectful....i understand during this time of pandemic things may be a lil hectic but being rude and unprofessional is not the way to go about making things better... I called and could not get thru cause thats what is requirements to get your order in and out...i could not get thru....so i waited till i saw someone come out of the building and when i saw.......i asked him what step i needed to take and he responded in a "OMG" kinda of way...and said "dont you see everybody"...very rude...i was left not knowing what to do so i just went back to my truck a sat there wondering like everyone else.....guess thats how lennox off falcon st in Desoto tx dose it......great training👎.

If 0 stars was an option I’d definitely use that. We had terrible luck with them. Starting with the fact that they came out in January and replaced our whole outside unit only to need it completely replaced again 6 months later. Oh and not to mention we had a set appointment time with them after their error at 4pm they called 10mins before 8am to tell us they were 10 mins from our house. We were an hour away thinking we had a set appointment time I tell them to give us a second and we’d drive home bc we’d been in a hotel for over a week having to wait on them just for her to say “okay I’ll let you know” I call them back 24 mins later and the lady says oh well they moved on to the next job so we’ll have to reschedule. lol keep in mind I don’t live in the city so there was no way they were already at the next job. Needless to say I’d rethink using them. That’s all.
