I spend a lot of money to get my AC fixed by a different company. My AC never worked quite right after, and almost a month later it stopped working all together. I called Pape and Pepe, the HVAC tech, did a great job and charged a lot less. It has been over a month and our AC is working great.

Pape Air's Technician came out to do a 2nd opinion diagnostic...found the root of my problem (which was not what I had been told by previous service company), gave honest and reasonable repair/replacement options and quoted less than original servicer. Great customer care! I will be calling on them when I am ready to replace my unit.

Excellent service. I have been a Pape customer since 2012 when a friend recommended them to me. Needless to say I haven’t been the best with maintaining my HVAC system. I scheduled a tune up for my system. Jose came out and he was on time. That is one of my biggest pet peeves, punctuality. Jose was professional. He explained what he was doing every step of the way. Once he did the diagnostics he explained what services were recommended to be done. He showed me the equipment that was working perfectly. Again he recommended what should be done in the near future, never anything that must be done. He was honest and upfront about everything. No pressure. Since I have not had my system serviced in a while I thought it best that I get all of the recommended service done now. That way I can avoid costly repairs in the future. I want my system running smoothly. This a great company. Jose cleaned up after himself and even wore booties when he came inside the house. I cannot say enough good things about Jose or Pape. Thank you so much for the great service.

Contacted Pape to determine problem with my Mom's air conditioning. They scheduled an appointment for the next day and arrived promptly. They were able to determine the cause of the problem and provide options to resolve. Once I approved the work, they worked diligently to finish the repair and ensure that the air conditioning system was working properly.

I have used Pape Air Conditioning for over 12 years now. They have ALWAYS showed me fair and reasonable service. Never have they tried to sell me something that i didn't need and have always been very responsive to my questions and ALWAYS, ALWAYS show up on time or a few minutes early waiting for me.

Very professional, knowledgeable, and relatable. He did not talk over my head and was genuinely concerned about our system and the best way to service us. Noted that this was the busiest time of the year for them, yet he did not rush or show frustrations when I had questions. I have found my "A/C" guy(s), at last! I've worked with several other companies in this area, but none compare to the friendliness and price. Great Job, Pape!

We have used Pape Heating & A/C for years, both for our commercial offices and for our home. We had maintenance agreements for our commercial bldgs and they were always prompt and responsive when we had issues. We have continued to have Pape service our 2 home systems and they are always professional, prompt and I recommend them highly!

I came home about mid afternoon on a Friday and immediately knew that my AC was not working well enough for the hot weekend ahead. I called a couple of other companies (including the one that had performed maintenance on the unit A WEEK AGO) and no one was able to help me in a timely manner. I took a chance and called Pape AC and not only was the lady on the phone extremely nice and helpful, it wasn't 15 minutes and the repairman was knocking on my door. He was in and out in about an hour and my system is working great! I signed up for bi-annual check-ups (they told me they would keep track of the scheduling and the filters!) and will likely use them to replace my ageing system. Thanks Pape!

We have used Pape Air Conditioning for 15 years. Their service has always been outstanding. We've used them for routine maintenance, and when our aging unit needed replacing, they did that, too. They are great company and great family-owned business.

The guys were very friendly, knowledgeable, and they came right out ( I think I waited about an hour from the time I called them till they pulled up in the driveway!). They assessed the problem, ordered the part, and by the next work day these guys were done. Great place to do business with! Definitely will use Pape again.

I have a commercial business and we had a trespasser on our roof. Even though I was not a current Pape customer, they were able to quickly send out someone to do a rooftop HVAC inspection for damage. They were polite and professional, charges were fair. And able to do it all over the phone.

I just became the manager of Marathon Coach and they have been dealing with an issue with some rooms cold and others hot for years. They have had multiple HVAC companies come out and charge them for repairs and it never fixed anything. Pape comes out 1 time and fixed everything that was wrong. Outstanding service and we are excited that the system finally works like it should.
