The service provided, since the early 2000's, has been perfect. The responsiveness, setting up appointments as well as the service pertaining to any repairs/replacement, has been flawless.

I have known of Pape since the late 1980's; I continue to trust them and appreciate their long-term experience in their HVAC Industry.

Pape Air Conditioning and Heating replaced my mom’s AC unit. They were quick and affordable. She was so pleased with the work.

Have used Pape in past as my mother used them for years. The fan started making a loud noise it never made b4 so i turned it off asked for help they got here & put in new piece that went out & its running like always did.

Jasmine Tillett ,andrew throop, Thomas Hall, Keyra Torres, and Exia Gundam have all posted bad reviews within the last two weeks. Jasmine has a profile on Linked In and is located in Florida. Andrew has a You Tube account. Each of the profiles of these people are sketchy and they are not and have never been customers of Pape AC. On behalf of a Pape AC Employee, Kyle Martin, I have reported these posts as spam and have filed a complaint with Google's legal team. We find it highly unusual and interesting that just one week after people approached to purchase Google advertising, these reviews occurred. I have never known Mr. Martin or Pape AC to perform any less than exemplary with regard to air conditioning concerns and I highly recommend their services.

Great, friendly service!!! It's hard to find honest HVAC services these days, but these guys are both ethical and thorough. I highly recommend their annual service contract to keep your system in top shape year round!!!

Just before the freeze last week I called them because my heating system was not maintaining the temp I set. They came that afternoon and fixed the problem. Very thorough and competent.

I called Pape on Saturday morning, they came out to Tobacco Cabana and fixed my air conditioner before noon! Now I have a contract with them to come out two times a year! Tobacco Cabana is a new customer for Pape and we will be a customer for life! Thanks David!

Called Friday morning and they were able to fit me in that day. Came by at 5 pm and were able to get my heat going. Doesn't sound like much but Saturday was Christmas eve and it was one of those rare texas cold snaps, was 15 degrees Thursday night with no heat. I was beyond thrilled.

We have used Pape for thirty years. They kept our builder installed AC running for around 23 years and then put in a high efficiency AC & heating unit. Never any problems.

Our fireplace has not been working for over an year. We contacted Papa Air service man came out looked at it and knew exactly what the problem was. Part was ordered and in a week we were cozy by the fire 😀. Everyone was very friendly. And the price was 👍

After reading reviews of multiple companies on both Yelp and Google I’m glad I decided to go with them! Excellent customer service from the initial phone call to the tech coming out to fix the problem. Tech was very detailed in explaining the problem, what caused it, and then fixing it. Even went a step further and installed a fuse which if one had been in place before problem it would have blown and not my transformer saving me a few $$$. Keep up the good work Papa!

I had a great experience with this company. David was great! He came out at the promised time, checked my gas heating unit and told me what was the problem and gave me time to decide on what to do. This was after another company told me that I just needed a new HVAC system and was trying to force me to finance it the same day. David came back to make the repair but what I really liked was that he brought another part to eliminate the possibility of it being something else. He actually tried to save me money. It ended up being the more expensive part but I felt good knowing that he tried. David was very friendly to my mother and I during both encounters with him. I highly recommend this company.

Service was the best! Pape AC is professional and courteous and answered all our concerns prior to doing job. They arrived on time and did an awesome job. After completing job answered any other questions we had on our heating unit.
