I had a wonderful experience when I visited that store. The store manager was excellent and the gentleman at the counter was totally awesome. A real stand up guy.

Very disrespectful....i understand during this time of pandemic things may be a lil hectic but being rude and unprofessional is not the way to go about making things better... I called and could not get thru cause thats what is requirements to get your order in and out...i could not get thru....so i waited till i saw someone come out of the building and when i saw.......i asked him what step i needed to take and he responded in a "OMG" kinda of way...and said "dont you see everybody"...very rude...i was left not knowing what to do so i just went back to my truck a sat there wondering like everyone else.....guess thats how lennox off falcon st in Desoto tx dose it......great training👎.

If 0 stars was an option I’d definitely use that. We had terrible luck with them. Starting with the fact that they came out in January and replaced our whole outside unit only to need it completely replaced again 6 months later. Oh and not to mention we had a set appointment time with them after their error at 4pm they called 10mins before 8am to tell us they were 10 mins from our house. We were an hour away thinking we had a set appointment time I tell them to give us a second and we’d drive home bc we’d been in a hotel for over a week having to wait on them just for her to say “okay I’ll let you know” I call them back 24 mins later and the lady says oh well they moved on to the next job so we’ll have to reschedule. lol keep in mind I don’t live in the city so there was no way they were already at the next job. Needless to say I’d rethink using them. That’s all.

I called to see if the technician could come sooner due to having a small child. Mind you, we live in TEXAS. The owner personally said he would come out to make sure my air was working. He showed up within an hour of me calling and fixed the issue in less than 15 minutes!!!!!! Fast service, great customer care, and quick results!

Best experience I’ve had in a long time with any kind of service tech. Michael was so helpful and informative. He explained everything that could be done in detail and got my A/C up and running in no time. I’ll definitely used them again.

No air in Texas in August is not good. Air went out yesterday, reached out to On Point Heating & Air and they had someone come out the next day. Gerardo was absolutely amazing. He reached out to me the evening I put the call in to let me know he would be out the next day. He was prompt, kept me updated, professional and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem and it’s a great day again. On Point you all have a gem in Gerardo.

I had Michaels team install a brand new hvac system in a rental property recently and had a very good experience. They were professional, on time and affordable. I will happily refer them to family or friends in the future. Thanks, On Point!

DO NOT use this company. If they make a mistake, they have no accountability. They will scam and cheat you. They sent out technicians to fix an issue with my ac unit. They didn't even look at the unit. They just decided that something had never been installed despite it working for 15 years and the passing inspection before we moved in. When another set of techs came out to fix a different issue (On Point's technicians) who actually looked at the heater and said the part was installed. When asked to correct the mistake, we were yelled at and threatened. Seriously, the owner called in the early morning waking us up DEMANDING that my husband state on the phone that they did not make a mistake. Absolutely insane behavior! STAY AWAY!

Mike, was very quick at assessing the problem with our heating. He was very understanding and offered some possible solutions to our situation of bad duct work. Thanks Mike!
