DO NOT use this company! And if your warranty company suggests them, have them suggest another. This company needs a lesson in customer service and professionalism. They came out Wednesday to fix/replace our air unit, once they left I went upstairs and noticed it still was not cooling. I immediately called the office number and the number on the side of the truck, office sent me to voicemail and the additional number texted back, I sent what the issue was via text and did not receive a response. Once my husband received a reply from the office, after several calls, and they sent a technician out the next day, great. At this point we have no issue making payment however they do not take payment while they are at your home, so they sent a link. Friday we happened to be traveling and they called my husbands work phone while we were on a flight, they then called Saturday again on my husbands work phone which he did not have on him over a weekend, and additionally were dealing with the passing of my husbands mother Saturday morning. However, he saw a missed call and immediately called the last number back which we assume to be Mike’s. The number of course was not saved in the phone therefore my husband asked who it was and immediately Mike became abrasive saying “the person you owe money to” like he is some street thug and claiming that we were ‘ducking payment’ which was furthest from the truth, it had been one business day and we were dealing with a death. The simple reply SHOULD HAVE been “this is On Point air we have been trying to reach you for payment.” If this company is so hard pressed for payment, make it possible for us to pay at the time of service, like I tried to do initially. After having to call Mike back and calm him from being belligerent to my husband the payment was made, like just like it could have been without the extra side of unprofessionalism. This is not even mentioning the harassing text messages sent. This company’s run by the most unprofessional, crass, and incompetent people. DO NOT USE! Do your research, there is a reason they have so many bad reviews especially with BBB

Mike came early to make the repair! Had system cooling within 30 minutes. Took time to show me the worn out components and discussed potential options. Would definitely recommend using him again.

My AC went out in the middle of a hot Texas summer. It was getting hot pretty quick and I have small children. I called On Point and he came out quick. This company is professional and you can feel that they care about you. This is the only company I will call moving forward for any heating or AC needs. I have also sent the companies info into my HOA as a trusted vendor since they did such great work I can trust them in my neighbors homes.

On Point Heating & Air handled every single issue with our AC setup, no shortcuts, no runaround. Michael (the owner) was honest, diligent, and super patient with all my questions throughout the process.

They took care of everything we needed and even fixed a wiring issue in our condenser, added a another drain pan, and did a full drain blowout free of charge. Pricing was more than fair, and the work speaks for itself.

My experience with On Point Heating and Air.
On June 6, 2025 I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Michael Jensen. He was very pleasant. I was amazed of how fast he assessed the problem on my 20 year old air conditioner. He fixed my air conditioner quickly. Nowadays, it is hard to encounter trust worthy contractors. So, I appreciate the opportunity to meet Mr. Jensen. I would like to give On Point Heating and Air my support in referring them for any residential sales, service, repair or refrigeration.

Santi arrived on time, I explained what the problem was, he diagnosed it based on the explanation. We both we to the attic and it was EXACTLY what he said it was (nothing more, nothing less). Job completed in 5 minutes!!!!🤯 I will always get my work done through his company.

My husband passed away and I've had my house flood from broken pipe then after being in hotel for 41/2 months my heater went now my AC went out. Mike and Andrew helped me get a refurbished AC UNIT installed for very little cost. I am so very grateful . Their crew was very polite and hardworking. This Company is well run and care about their clients well being.

Horrible horrible customer service got mad because I wouldn’t buy a new furnace through their company so they reported there were no issues after telling me there was a gas leak. If they don’t get what they want, they’ll cuss you Through text messages, then threaten to call the police that you’re harassing them when you try to Issue. Stay far away. And you will notice the nice reply back from the “owner of the company“ but being as he is the one that sent me the text messages Cursing me out, calling me a liar and everything else His reply to this review means nothing.

Awesome guy we meet today as we fundraised for our company he stopped through each group and donated to each team, guys like this deserve a round of applause, so can only imagine the care this company takes when dealing with clientele.

They installed my new AC unit and there was a slight hiccup in the process due to an electrical breaker but not the installation, all issues were resolved. I am happy with their service and will be recommending this company to my family and friends.

Mike did a wonderful job on my HVAC system. He got the heater to work, he explained the problem, and also showed me what else should be fixed in the near future.

Michael came and checked my ac unit and even though it couldn't be fixed today he was so sweet and explained to me what the next steps are needing to be! Definitely was a great experience!

Michael came out to my house and arrived just on time with his friendly manner. He gave me an option on replacement with an excellent price and guarantee. He told me he could install everything tomorrow, but I had to tell him to wait until Monday because I just got out of the hospital. I am looking so forward to a new a/c unit and cooler house.

He was able to fix our problem quickly and explain everything as well. He even wore shoe covers inside my house, which I thought was above and beyond.
