Rude and poor customer service. Felt like Mississippi in the 1960s. They act like you bothering them. I will never go back 👎. I don’t support business like this.

Everytime I go in the staff is very friendly and they always have what I need or at least can order it..

First time in store ...got the wrong plastic platform for my Air conditioner...returned and had no problems getting the right one from the store...whole exchange took only minutes

Man in plumbing section very RUDE stated he didn't have such a tool ,that what I get for have such a cheap fixture (home depot brand)

I talked with a black lady on the HVAC side and she was great! Would definitely go there for all my HVAC needs! She's smart and knows alot about what she's working with!

First I walked in without being acknowledged spent about 5 min locating what I needed which was 3” bowl gasket that was $16 plus taxes . This isn’t a supply store might as well be a retail store with the prices they charge . Worst experience even worse prices .. my plumbing company will NOT be giving these people any other business. Plumbers and contractors please make the drive to ANY OTHER supply store!

Bought electrical supplies for an outdoor project. Casey helped me refine my design. He was patient with this novice homeowner. Could not have done it without his suggestions and longsuffering toward me.

It’s one thing to not have what I need or to lack the knowledge to resolve my issue. That I can understand. But rude callous behavior of the “lead” salesperson wasdeplorable. Never again. I’ll drive to Fort Worth to the other plumber supply store first.

My first time here. First guy to greet me was friendly right after I entered. He sent me to plumbing. I got the impression from the guy in plumbing that I was really bothering him by being there. Very brief with me...barely looked at me...very poor customer service. I will only come here again as a last resort.

I purchased a home in Glenn Heights a year and a half ago. Sunday 6/26 my Bosch unit started blowing hot air. I called a technician out for diagnostic and he told me the Heat pump is under warranty and he is not a Bosch technician so I can not work on the unit. I was informed by the deceased previous care taker to call Locks in Desoto they could point me in the right direction. Monday 6/27 I speak with the service advisor asking for the company name that he sold the unit to so I could contact them for diagnostic and repair, per Bosch.com protocol. The service advisor told me " We don't keep that information," I explained to him the circumstance and once again " We cant give out that information" Its not like I was asking for the technician first born girl daughter social security number.
