Let me tell y’all something about Blake. Dude was at my house in less than an hour. Problem fixed in about as long. This was a late evening emergency repair call and he showed up without complaint. I HIGHLY recommend Blake and Best in Texas.

Great, reliable service! I called them after receiving a quote from another company, they were able to beat the price and be on the job that afternoon when our A/C system went out on a hot day. Blake was our technician and had awesome customer service with my residential property. Been my go to guy ever since! Very friendly and knowledgeable plus was able to troubleshoot the problem in no time.

Had maintenance checks from another provider but AC was still not running efficiently. Called Blake out and could tell by his feedback and effort that he was doing a thorough job. He found the issue and got us fixed up and cool. Good to find honest work with honest pricing.

Our a/c went out Saturday while we were under an extreme heat advisory. Blake was three hours away but came to our rescue! He arrived at 10pm and diagnosed the problem. Then, he went to pick up a few items for a temporary fix that got us through the weekend. Blake ordered the parts needed and returned Monday morning to permanently repair our a/c. We are so grateful for Blake's help. He definitely went above and beyond and has earned a customer for life!

Blake is a honest guy. Unfortunately in the HVAC industry that's all it really takes to stand out from the competition. I strongly recommend giving then a call even if it's just for a second opinion.

Vanderford Air technician Ivan V. performed a service check on our AC system today. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in his inspection. He found a couple of concerns that he was able to take care of while he was here and gave us some additional suggestions to improve our system which we will consider in the future. Vanderford A/C has been performing maintenance on my home air-conditioning and heating unit for years. Yesterday‘s visit was performed by HVAC technician Perry T. I have to say that his attention to detail was amazing. He checked both the attic air handler and the outside compressor unit with a thoroughness that most people don’t understand or truly appreciate. Perry explained his inspection in detail and happily answered all of my questions. Very happy with this visit and so glad that Vanderford is still family owned.

Mr. Perry was very patient, kind, friendly and thorough with explaining to me what he did... The work was truly amazing compared what was there before... Thank you for your excellent services.

Jesus Romo was very thorough in checking the water heater, furnace and air conditioning systems. He went over all of the work that he inspected and showed us the pictures of our systems. He is very professional and we would recommend him to other.

This is my first time using Vanderford Air and Plumbing and all I can say is I am impressed! I loved how they were able to help our home cool down, especially in these summer months! Will, the comfort advisor came to check out our system and was able to suggest a few ways of improving our system, which we went with basic maintenance. Matt and Jesse did an amazing job and you can tell they care about the work they do! They were educated and even taught me a few things. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who is needing HVAC issues.

I called Vanderford on Wednesday, they came on Thursday, and I have a new A/C system being installed on Friday. The prices and options were far better than the other companies I had come out, and their representative Jason B. was awesome. He knew the products inside and out and honestly was a big reason I said yes immediately. Very happy with this company.

Perry Threadgill came out on a service call and did a terrific job. He was methodical with his diagnosis and knew the system inside / out. He explained the process and had us back on track within an hour. Highly recommended.

He explained what was going on with the issues that I had and suggested repairs before moving forward. He was able to answer every question I had. I was very happy with the service (and pricing)!
