Jacob was fantastic during our furnace maintenance visit! He was very thorough, taking the time to explain everything he was checking and making sure our system was running efficiently. He was also extremely friendly and professional, which made the whole experience pleasant and stress-free. Well it’s very important to keep my maintenance twice a year because the cost of Air Conditioners are so expensive to repair and I need to know how it’s working throughout the year.

Jacob Barbee did a fantastic job, checking our heating system, he is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He also offered us information on some items that would be good for our unit. We will definitely be calling Vanderford again and requesting Jacob.

The technicians at Vanderford Air are always very helpful and offer suggestions to help our equipment function better. They don’t rush, but complete the required work in a timely fashion. Five stars always.

We had a gas line leak and were looking for a company that was highly rated by the BBB to repair our gas line.
We were blessed that Vanderford returned our call right away. They came out immediately and assessed the situation, helped us get a loan, and were there for us every inch of the way during the entire process. Our repairs have been completed.
Mr. James, their manager in charge of this division, personally came to our home to ensure that all the work was done properly. Mr. James went above and beyond what was required of him.
When we phoned Vanderford, the telephone representatives, Brianna and Gerardo, they were both friendly, professional, and welcoming. Vanderford is a superior company to work with. If we have needs in the future, they will be our first call.

Called a Vanderford tech for my reverse osmosis water system that had stopped working. They charged $200 to come out and inspect. The tech was excellent and knowledgeable, and the office assured me that this was routine and they'd be able to fix it.

The tech said they can fix it for $400 more dollars later. I agreed and the tech showed up the next week to fix. I ordered the parts needed, and he did some work on it and said that it would start working in about 6 hours.

Sure enough it didn't work, and the water was cycling and the system was not working. I called back and the tech was dodgy and when I finally got a hold of the Vanderford team, they were suggesting that I pay money to have a tech come back, and then suggested that I buy a whole new system from them and the system + install would be another ~$1200 on top of all of my previous payments. I'm very reasonable but this is absurd. They left me hanging without any resolution after I paid.

TLDR: Paid $600 to fix reverse osmosis tank, and got no where. They don't care what happens after they try to fix it and have their money.

PERRY THREADGILL DID A GREAT JOB OF MAINTENCING OUR Vanderford instally new Air Conditioning system. HE SYTENMATICALLY WENT THROUGH EACH DETAIL FROM SANITIZING THE COIL, FLUSHED AND CLEANED THE DRAIN LINE WITH HOT ALGAECIDE WATER. TIGHTENED LOOSE WIRE CONNECTIONS. CLEANED AND CHECKED OPERARION OF CONDENSER. CLEANED LEAVES OUT OF BASIN AND CLEANED COIL, VACCUMED OUT LEAVES, AND CHECKED ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS. PERRY ALSO TOOK TIME TO SIT AND EXPLAIN EDUCATIONAL CONCEPTS OF THEIR BUSINESS SO THAT I HAD A BETTER UNDERSTANDING OF WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE MAINTENCING OF OUR SYSTEM. SUPERB JOB!

Ivan was super helpful. He explained everything in clear detail that needs to be fixed or replaced. He even went out of his way to check the main pipe under our bathroom sink that connects to the AC. DEFINITELY recommend him and Vanderford Air.

We were honored to welcome such a kind, knowledgable, considerate young man in our home! He has many gifts including being polite to aged people! He c worked quickly, quietly and was very effecient!

They always do fantastic work. Matthew Lockey is our regular tech and the sweetest guy. And he really knows his stuff. And Mike was great too! My mother-in-law who owned our house before us has used Vanderford for years and when we inherited the house we continued to use them. They changed out our whole HVAC system and ductwork last year (it was all original to them home which was built in the 1970s and definitely on its last legs). Now everything works beautifully! Vanderford is A++!!

New furnace and AC installed, a high-end efficient two stage unit with an electronic air filter system. Sales guy also sold pre-paid maintenance contract. After visiting and "servicing" the unit, finding everything working well and signed off, a few months later the starting capacitor failed and the unit was inoperable. The starting capacitor is by far the common failure point in home a/c systems. The tech who replaced it for us said it read "zero" and was a total failure. One would think as the #1 failure point it would be standard procedure to test this critical component during a "maintenance" visit.
Also, when I went to check on the unit some time later to put a cleaning solution into the condensate drain line, I discovered the tech had removed but not reinstalled the electronic air filter system! Overall the service was poor and this costs me nearly $500 in a return visit to replace the said capacitor and my complaints about the lack of adequate prior service were shrugged off by the phone staff, and leaving the air filters removed was also blamed on another company who installed the completely different unit on a different attic lower in the house.

Also, prepaid service "expires" and you will have then donated to the owner's vacation fund (LOL) as they will not honor it if you don't have them out in some arbitrary time period. The lack of accountability on their service and blaming the customer and anyone else for their failings and putting the customer last by this company left a bad taste in my mouth. I certainly would not recommend them, although the whole industry has some questionable players in it.

Jacob came by for a routine service check. He checked every nook & cranny of the heating & A/C units & reported back to me everything he looked at and found. Then he explained what it all meant without “mansplaining” and provided me options of next steps & pricing without pressuring me into an immediate decision. I appreciated his professionalism and easy going manner and that he took the time to answer my questions despite that fact it was slightly after business hours. He’s a high quality technician.

Did a great job on our heating inspection and installation of the services we needed, cleaned up when he was finish! Matt gave great advice on future changes to all our systems! Used Vanderford for ductwork recently which they did an amazing job!! Cannot express the quality of work Vanderford did!! Highly recommend Vanderford for any of your needs.
