Always polite

Bought a ballast on Friday. Took a picture of exactly what I needed, showed them & still was sold the wrong thing. This is not the first time this has happened.

Countersales do an awesome job!!! Isaiah and Mario are the backbone of this store!!!! Ask about the threaded wire!!!

I made a big purchase for a project giving them good business had ordered a few wrong things and wrongly found out that they charge a restocking/return fee of 20%!! Overall good workers, but just lack of communication and awareness.

Called to get wiring fixed in my garage was told they could get it done Friday or the next Monday. Never got a call back or a visit to fix my issue.

I called this company and told them what I needed. They said he would call me back the next day. Didn't hear from them, si called back on the following week and talked to them again. She said she would have them call me. Still no call.
This company obviously doesn't need the work. They are not professional.

I called and spoke to Rafa and he was able to get a crew out to my house within the week. They did a great job and I would be happy to recommend them to anyone. Thanks

Had a very good experience lots of people told me they weren't very reliable but I really had good service.

They consistently order the wrong part. Never show up when they are supposed to and really don't care how long their customers go without hot water!

Home town good guys love there great work I recommend them and will use them for all my plumbing needs
