Reviews of local pros in Dumas, Texas

Excellent service and very friendly personnel, job well done

Have had plumbing issues x2 in month. Very professional staff came very promptly and explained procedure and preventive. Highly recommend

Set an appointment for a consultation a week in advance. When the day came for the consultation, they did not meet the time frame they said they were going to come. Played phone tag consecutively with front desk, and they never came or made through with the appointment. Definitely not a good first impression for the company.

Do not use Lewis plumbing. I have a family that's been out of water for a month after they said they came out and fixed the problem. I have another family that has no water and they said they would be out first thing in morning when I called they said they didn't have any idea when they'd be out but they would be there before lunch. Still a no show and no communication.

Lewis plumbing do a great job been using them for 24 years. The employees all friendly ,honest and do great job fixing and repairing everything they do.They are the best plumbers in Texas.

This company was very prompt with sending a plumber to our home. Our bathroom sewer line was 100% clogged. He had it unclothed in less than 30 minutes. He also diagnosed why it occurred and said he would schedule a time to alleviate the problem.

They are not the most time conscious company. Waited 3 days for them to fix a broken water pipe and replace a thermostat. This was 2 days later than expected.

After they left we had no heat. We called every day for a week straight. Each time the receptionist/dispatcher said she would send someone out. No one came.

We finally had to contact another company.

my moms home they replace all water lines in and under home to and the meter. they did a great job,my mom and i was very pleased with their work. Thank You guys and the secretary very much. great job. Ronnie and Wanda Wilson

Excellent response, and really got me out of a bind. Thank you Larry Lewis for scheduling my service. Thanks to Joey and Andres for the prompt execution. I would recommend Lewis Plumbing and Heating every time.

I make the call and they are able to come out the next day, which is fantastic. When the tech gets there for A/C maintenance, he puts the gauges on to check the line, takes the top off the condenser, explains how he is not familiar with the unit and will return to the shop to "do research" and come back another day. Never heard or saw from again. Received a bill for "cleaning the condenser" with a cost for the cleaner used on the coil. Complete fraud of a company, do not use.

Anthony, Andres and Blake were fast friendly and fixed my leak with no problems...very helpful

Our family has been doing business with Lewis Plumbing for over 40 years. They always give us excellent service for a fair price. Highly recommend Jerry, Larry, and their business. Thank you for taking care of us for all of these years.

Lewis Plumbing has always been very responsive. We had to have our sewer line replaced this week. Joey, Cito, and Lorenzo were absolutely awesome. They were ALWAYS very polite, answered ALL questions in professional manner, went above and beyond. Showed up every day and worked hard all day. It is so refreshing when people actually know what they are doing, do their job thoroughly, show up on time every day, keep you informed of what was going on and what to expect. These 3 guys made an otherwise very unpleasant and scary situation not bad at all. Thank you Joey, Cito and Lorenzo. Appreciate you guys and all you did!!

They are very professional polite so a great job

My moms house had a major plumbing issue and I had called around for any plumber who could help because shes bedridden.

Lewis Plumbing was the only one who courteously called back and jumped us in front of the line and proficiently got our back up pipes cleared out in 30 minutes.

They're fast, efficient and neighborly with the community. They also fix your gas problem last winter with ease. They have my business for years to come.

After doing something stupid in my home, Lewis plumbing responded quickly, professionally and affordably. The two young men they sent out were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The area was cleaned up completely when they finished and the repair was done quickly. Y'all will have my business for years to come. Thank you for your service!

Had a clogged pipe and a broken faucet. Anthony showed up the next morning and fixed everything so fast! So grateful and happy with everything he did!

Absolutely outstanding! We had our sewer line collapse on a Saturday afternoon. After several calls to other company’s, Lewis was the only ones who showed up. After looking at the disaster, they got to work! Joey and all the gentlemen at Lewis plumbing are excellent and a pleasure to work. This is the only company I’ll use from here on out. BEST PLUMBING COMPANY IN THE PANHANDLE.

They have unclogged the drains in 2 bath tubs and replaced 2 faucets, repaired a dripping laundry faucet, repaired 2 rooftop drains with satisfactory results. Their staff are very highly commendable!!! Dr.& Mrs. E. Miguel.

We have used Lewis Plumbing for all our plumbing issues. They are always polite. They get the job done efficiently and they clean up any mess made. Andres is great and friendly. Andres takes time to explain what needs to be done and answer any questions I have.

We had a couple plumbing issues come up and we called Lewis Plumbing. Joey & Andres came out to take care of our plumbing. They were polite and efficient in their work. They came into my home, cleaned the areas they worked in and completed their work in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them!
