They are apparently overwhelmed with work, as I've tried since the first of March to get an appointment and to no avail. Seems all of the plumbing companies are the same in Dumas. I guess I'll have to try Amarillo and pay an extra mileage fee.

Cody and Estevan did any awesome job at my daughter's house. Went above and beyond.

Called for a service call 2 weeks ago and have heard from them. Poor customer service.

We've used Ballard Plumbing for years. They have always been there for my plumbing needs. It's refreshing to have a quality company to count on.

Called 7 days ago, had water leak in main feeder line back yard, was going to be put on list.
Never heard another word since then. Had to bring in a contractor from several Mike's to fix it in 2 hours.

Waited for over a month for the guys to come out. Was never updated on when they would be showing and when I called back to check a time frame was met with an attitude and told other people in the area were able to do the job. So that’s what I did. I went with someone else. Horrible service.

I have had 3 major repairs in my home the past 4 years. Ballard Plumbing has been my choice everytime. They replaced my gas line and two separate instances of plumbing under my home. Heather is always responsive and kind. And each crew whether its BJ, Cody, or others are knowledgable and have good work ethic. We also always enjoy their company in my home. Thanks Ballard's for being a great company for our community!

When you can get them to come out, the service is great. The people that come put get right to work, and take care of business. BUT, I bought a new washer in August. I haven't been able to use it because we found out the pipe to it was broken (tree roots), so we called Ballard. It took almost a month to get them out the first time, they said they would have to replace it and would be back the next day or two to get a quote. Cool, someone is always home. Did not hear from them for another month, and they still have not come out to give me a quote. The only reason I didn't give one star is the service when they come out is good, but something is wrong when they can't give you an appointment time and date for something that requires someone being home.z

Josh was great took time to explain everything thing to me...they made arrangements to get my new unit in on a Saturday because it was so hot! Josh & Irving were great in and out really fast!! Left my house clean and cool!! Thank you Guys!!

I was very impressed with both their professionalism and their work . Josh came out gave me an upfront, honest quote. We received many bids for our home from many companies. Not only did Winklemans beat the competitors price, they did not try to sell me a system that I did not need. They showed up right when they were supposed to and they got the job done quickly. I was very impressed with their ability to work hard to get the job done. They did not waste anytime. I recommend Winklemans heating and air to everyone.

Winkleman's were prompt in setting up my appointment and the technician was very thorough in fixing our AC

Our technician Josh Collins was very professional and knew what he was talking about. He was very good at explaining the different units to me and what it would take to get us up and cooled again. These guys are amazing. They put 2 - 5 ton ac/heater units in my 60ft x 100ft barn and I love it. They were quick and efficient and very friendly and knowledgeable or the equipment they were installing. Josh was very thorough about making sure we understood all aspects of the equipment and how to use it. I will use them again if and when I need AC/Heating

These guys were 100% Courteous, respectful and to the point, got the job done in no time. Keep these gentleman around. They are good workers.

Big shout out to Brian and josh! I know they were super busy recently but they still made time to come fix my ac pump. I really appreciate them! They worked hard in the heat, but still got the job done fast!
