Got my air ducts cleaned for the first time in my old house, and man, was it overdue. They showed me what they pulled out—it was pretty gross but definitely worth it. Loved seeing the before-and-after photos; makes a difference you can actually see.

Birds were nesting in our flue, and honestly had no clue how to deal with it. Scheduled CleanBurn to come out, and they took care of everything without any hassle. They removed the nest safely and put on a screen cap to keep any future critters from moving in. All this while I was just over here in Elgin, hoping for the best (yeah, not fun). Super relieved it’s sorted now!

I had a delivery and couldnt fit through the revolving doors. So i went through a different entrance. The doorman there told me i was on the wrong side of the building. So i asked him if there was a handicap door and he ignored me and kept talking over me. But i really couldnt fit ! It is his job to manage entry and exit points. Wht was he so rude ? I was disrespected and then the doormen on the other side didnt press the handicap button to open the door. So they watched me struggle unable to fit with my handsfull. Why are the lobby attendants just hanging out and looking pretty ? Manage the entry points. That is your ONLY job.

I had hire this guy to come fix my A/C a while back and he came same day, ordered me a New A/C system. As soon as it came in, he came in installed it. Later on in the winter my heater went out, ask if he can come and check it, he once again came same day, figured out what was wrong. Ordered the part and installed the next day. I will definitely hire him again for any A/C work.

These guys are great!!! Family owned, extremely helpful and professional they went above and beyond to help me. We came home after being out of town to find our house at 106 degrees and it was 6:30pm. They are supposed to close at 7. Came late at night and on short notice. Could have easily tried to upsell me a new AC unit since mine are old but he found a way to get it back up and running, good chance he saved me a for another summer. Fair prices and excellent service. We are customers for life!
