Exit.: Fuad contacted me shortly after I submitted my previous review on behalf of TempPro. They were concerned with my dissatisfaction and are doing everything possible to remedy the situation with my condenser coil fan blade and the noise after the new motor instal. After they reached out to me to schedule a follow up visit I feel compelled to adjust my previous review that I will leave attached to the bottom of this message. The VP of operations is making a trip to rectify any issue we may have. I can’t name a company that would go to this extent to satisfy a disgruntled customer. Kudos on excellent CS. I will recommend this company and contact them with any issues in the future. 2/27/2020.
The service was timely and tech arrived inside the appointment window. The fan motor was replaced but there is a considerable amount of noise coming from the new electric motor. In my opinion a new electric motor should be quite. I don’t expect the motor to last long but hopefully I will be proved wrong.
I notified the tech that there was a fan blade with a crack. Daniel, the tech said it was a scratch. Once again- I’m not a professional but... He also told me home warranty companies only want to address the immediate issue. Not issues that “may” occur. He may be referring to the fact that he should get two service call charges since they are different issues.
Typical mediocre service for these days. They are very friendly and timely. Hope this helps.

Called on a Sunday evening and two technicians showed up Monday morning before 10am. They fixed the issue without trying to up charge or sell me anything that wasn’t needed. They went above and beyond what was required to fix the issue and added parts (for a great price) to keep the issue from happening again. Both were Veterans and were very professional. I would recommend them to anyone including friends and family. So glad I went with them. I can see why they have all five star reviews!!!! If I ever have any issues going forward I will definitely call them.

I goggled early this morning June 06, 2020 to look for a very good if not the best HVAC repair company because my unit stopped cooling yesterday. I based my choice on the reviews and the star ratings and I was lucky to have chosen one of if not the best. The name of the technician is Daniel. Nice guy, very professional, knows the job very well, respectful, honest and straight to the point kind of person. He arrived at my home within the time frame he gave me.
It didn't take long for him to know what was wrong with my ac unit and did the job right away. Very fast and perfectly done. Very good explanation as well.
Quite impressive. Highly recommendable. In fact I am planning to
be a member this fall for the maintenance of my unit.
