Woke up on a Monday morning with no AC. Called at 8:00 am and they were in my driveway by 8:30 am. Diagnosed issue as a blown capacitor, AC was up and running by 9:00. Pricing was very reasonable. Thanks guys...

These guys are pros!! I got my parents a wifi thermostat and had an old old old thermostat and furnace. Steve walked me through the entire process. Even diagnosed how to configure. He was patient and taught me all about the inner workings and how electricity flows through the units. He visualized the issue and fixed it all from my phone. Steve you saved Christmas. Thank you!!

I do not recommend anyone using this company to service your HVAV/AC needs. I’ve been trying to get justice from this company since summer 2021. Their repair man initially fixed my unit but the transformer blew out. Because I had a warranty on it… the technician told me they would replace it. Well the technician parted ways with the company and now nobody seems to know about my repairs. My unit has not worked since last summer. I call repeatedly and I’m promised call backs and visits but nobody comes. The owner Is very rude and will not accept accountability. The staff is trained to not answer my calls. I’m He told me he will drop off a broken transformer to me. All I want is my unit repaired. I will seek legal action.

I have never been more pleased with an A/C service. Twice in the past couple weeks my A/C went out. First trip was for a blown blower capacitor and failed blower relay. They were there within a couple hours of our call and everything was fixed. Their serviceman was very pleasant and professional and the charges were very reasonable. The second call was after we returned home from vacation to find the outside unit working but the blower fan inside not. It was already 4:00 in the afternoon when I called and the lady apologized that she couldn't send someone til morning, but they were here bright and early to diagnose the problem and found it was a bad capacitor from the prior trip. They replaced it... and also cleared the drain line... no charge. I am extremely pleased with Orangeburg Heating & Cooling and do not hesitate to refer them for your heating and cooling needs. I give them 5 stars!

When my old a/c guy passed away, I thought that I would never find another guy like Ralph Gumm. Just a good old hvac guy. Kept a more than a few of my old commercial units running on spit and bailing wire. Always an eye out for replacement units he knew I would be needing.
Then Bubba was referred to me. Bubba and Amy are much more professional than Ralph, but still with that good old boy mentality. I have used them for new unit installs and for repairs. Timely and quality work.

What a great experience from scheduling to the completion of install. Bubba and Amy were an absolute pleasure to do business with. Bubba and his helper arrived two minutes early from the half an hour window provided and got to work. The price was very fair for replacing the inside and outside unit. The work was done with pride and expertise with the work area being left extremely clean. Bubba and Amy both went above and beyond with professionalism and customer service.
