I called Rangers Air after hours and Victor showed up in less than 30 minutes on a Saturday night. He provided outstanding service . Within 20 minutes he was able to fix my AC. Thank you Victor for the great service.

Go elsewhere! Don’t be like us paying thousands and still have no AC with a baby in the house and an elderly in this Texas heat.

*fixed on a Monday but shockingly by Thursday It was back not working after spending thousands! This is a new house built in 2016.

Please review how not professional this company is how fraud they are.

Problem: The indoor and outdoor evaporator and condenser coils needed replacing as there was a leak.

1) Never arrived at the agreed time. Always showed up 4+ hours later after calling so many times.

2) He is not professional enough to perform a full diagnostic the 1st time he is not thorough with his job. Therefore he will tell you half the problem so that later on when things fall apart he will charge more labor and more for something he already knew. We compared his diagnostic to 3 others who had the same information but only his turned out to not be a professional complete diagnostic. He is NOT PROFESSIONAL.

3) he assured us him fixing the AC inside unit using the replacement part that was under warranty was the solution to the problem and offered the worst warranty- 90 days compared to others who offer 2+ years warranty.
Regardless of the 90 days he made no effort to actually fulfill his warranty days he won’t show after his failure to properly diagnose the problem with the leaks inside and out.

4) After the AC stopped working within 5 days, we called him and again he wasn’t on time didn’t treat our issue with urgency and instead tried to convince my elderly mom asking her to run her credit to buy almost $3000.00+ Item forgetting her AC parts in her house are still under warranty he lied to her it wasn’t and we called and confirmed they were and even sent him the info.

5) I spoke with him on the phone after sending the warranty info to him he decided to call after I sent him a long message and still did not attempt to come back and do the Job the right way didn’t call no update.

I will find someone else to fix my mother’s AC at this point as they have not made an effort BUT

I am sick of people who take advantage of families already struggling !!! and Rangers Air Conditioning pushed us to the limit. I will exhaust all resources including every option I have in my power to let the world know they are a fraud and just simply greedy and not a professional company.

We have to get our money back we don’t have AC.

I can confirm what previous neighbors have said about Victor's work. My ac went out Wednesday and I was at a loss for a repair person. I just happened to check Nextdoor and saw a review from a neighbor about Victor's work.

I contacted him via Nextdoor and he gave me some things to check on my end to troubleshoot. I made an appointment for him to come out Friday morning. Well, after one miserable and hot Wednesday night, Victor was nice enough to come by early Thursday morning to check my system and to see if he could at least get it going to cool my house down.

He was able to do his ac magic and get my system up and running temporarily until he could come back today to install a new part. So, me and my canine son were able to have a nice comfortable sleep, unlike Wednesday night. Victor also called me Thursday night to make sure my house was still cool. I appreciated the follow-up.

Victor was back today to finish up the job. He told me what he was doing and WHY. He also told me advice on which parts MIGHT need replacing in the FUTURE. He did NOT try to upsell me a thing. He also gave me some good tips on how to get the best out of my unit and things I can do to be proactive.

Now for the bill, he definitely gave me a break. He cleaned the clogged outside coil, added freon, fixed a leak and installed a new part, which he did for under 600.00. A job like this normally would cost over $1,000. I spent 880.00 last year for some minor repairs, so there is no doubt he could've charged me much more.

I am definitely thrilled to have found an honest and hard working ac repair man that I can call for help. Victor was professional, very friendly ( my canine son even warmed up to him for a bit after barking at him initially....lol). I've already discussed plans with him to do the yearly maintenance on my unit.

Victor came out to my house to check my a/c system. I really appreciate how knowledgeable he is and how patient he is with explaining everything. I called because my AC was down. Victor came on a Friday afternoon after 6 pm which I appreciated. He fixed my AC on a Friday night! Great price that’s just awesome!

By far the best price around! I called for cooling check and Victor was at my door within an hour. I ended up going with a new system and he and his crew had my new system installed that same day! They are family owned and just all around an amazing company. I was shocked to see how great the quality of work was for that price! I’m a customer for life now!!!!

I had 3 companies come out and none of them could help me fix the problem and not to mention the prices were outrageous. I called Rangers Air in the evening. They called me back that night. Luis came by to evaluate my AC the next morning, and changed out my entire AC unit that afternoon, after having 3 other quotes they were the fairest priced. Incredible service! Prompt, professional, and courteous. Very impressed! Passed inspection 1st time, Unlike other companies I have used before. I am a customer for life.

I called Rangers Air Heating & Cooling one they give good reasonable prices and second because my 20 year old hvac system was broken. After a complete examination, they provided me with my options. I elected to have a entire new system installed. The installer was on time, and did a fantastic job :)
