I really want to say Thank you Roel & Omar the Tech guy. You both were Very professional in my time in need . I fired the first crew from another company who just wanted to up sale a new unit, this same company installed the unit 7 years ago....the first company made me feel like I was buying a car....Mechanical comfort service made me feel Comfortable and picking them . Omar the Tech explain in Detail all I needed was a cpuple of sequence relays. We did discuss replacing the circuit board because of obvious burnt marks but at the fair price he offered we continue to do so...Once again thank you Mechanical comfort service .

This company has been putting in new A/c units at my apartments in fort worth. They have done a great job.Luis , is one of the workers and was very nice about telling me about the new a.c units. Please use them when you need a/c work done.

They arrived on time and did me a great job in repairing my problems and thanked me for being a customer and I thanked them.

I had five other companies from Frisco & McKinney that all tried to charge a "Frisco" tax and hoodwink me. (Charging people more just because they live in Frisco. - I remember when Frisco only had 3,000 people.) Omar and MCS didn't try to up-sell me and he diagnosed the problem accurately, unlike the the other companies.

I truly wish them incredible success and recommend them without hesitation.
