They listened to the issues I was having, inspected everything thouroughly, and provided detailed diagnosis of the problem. They had me back up and running by 6:15pm. I believe it’s in everyone’s best interest to use mechanical comfort systems! My a/c went out and Mr. Roel came to assess what happened and he worked quickly to get my a/c back up and running. He was so thorough and explained to me in much detail exactly what it was that went wrong. He followed up with me the next day to ensure everything was working properly and it was!! I was so impressed with his customer service and overall the way everything was communicated to me I’ve never had any other company be as communicative as he was! Usually I have companies needing to come out a week or two later because something went wrong.I will always use mechanical comfort systems they are second to none if I could rate 6 stars I would!

We recently had Mechanical Comfort Systems replace two HVAC systems in our home. Omar and his team were prompt, courteous, hard working and took care to ensure that our systems were working optimally before they left. Also, their electrician installed 2 lights and a fan for us. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. We highly recommend this company for their professionalism and efficiency.

UPDATE: This company goes above and beyond to keep customers happy. It is six months after our A/C units were installed and because one of our units was directly outside our bedroom window and caused disrupted sleep when it kicked on and off all summer, MCS said they would move the unit to another area for us. Today, a great team of technicians— Jose, Jonathan and Victor, showed up and did just that. We are so impressed with this company and all its employees.

Daniel and Carter came out to check out the cooling and humidity in our system. They quickly discovered the issue, explained it, and also explained that we didn't need to put in a dehumidifier to address the issue. They are prompt, extremely capable, and professional.
