Gabe was informative, professional and friendly. Initially mentioned worse case scenario but worked with his supervisor (colleague)via phone until he found true issue wth my HVAC. Dirty coils were impeding air flow and throwing everything off. It's obvious this company is about the customer and not upselling or scaring folks into unnecessary equipment and labor. I didn't have any past price comparisons, as my system is relatively new, but I was comfortable with what I paid for the attention and resolution I got. Will be recommending and using Coomes again.

We just had our first simi-annual HVAC checkup. The system is only 4 months old so, as expected, everything is in very good shape. A detailed inspection was carried out and the filter replaced. Thanks Coomes Air for a great service.

Gabe is engaging in manner and knowledgeable about air cons. It was a great experience buying a new air con/heating unit. He explained our options clearly. In the end we felt like we got a new unit that will serve us well for many years at a very good price.

Great customer service! Very knowledgeable with the different units we have on site. Josh came out to service an issue with my AC unit on 8/5/24. He identified the problem and repaired it quickly. He took extra time out of his busy schedule to educate me the issue, repair and maintenance. Coomes Air provides great customer service and I highly recommend their business.

I rely on Coomes A/C and Heating to keep us cool in the summer and warm in the winter. We have them come out in the spring and in the fall to make sure that our system is working properly, and their technicians always do a thorough job of making sure we're ready for the upcoming season, and let us know if anything needs to be addressed. In the roughly 20 years Coomes has been servicing our system, I can only thing of maybe twice that we've had issues, and they've been quick to respond and fix them right away. But mostly, it's the peace of mind knowing that the system has been thoroughly checked and potential problems caught before they can become real problems.

Absolutely amazing service. Explained everything that was going on what needed to be done and what not needed to be done. Great personalities really made us feel comfortable with them being here and working on our air conditioning in our home. If ever we have another problem with our air they are the guys we'd call. We appreciate everything they did for us today! And two of the best personalities that I've talked to in a long long time. These workers are the type of people I would have over for dinner!!!!

Abel was very professional. Explained our AC issue very well, making it easy to understand and make a decision. He saved us a lot of future issues and discomfort by catching a major problem in advance. I would recommend him and Coomes to anyone.

GET A SECOND OPINION!! Disappointed in the service I received. After 2 visits and over $400 out of pocket, I identified and resolved my own issue… a clogged drain but was told I needed a brand new system! Other than the tech being punctual with a great personality, I have nothing else good to say!

Able was excellent in advising us on our situation, he quickly identified the issue we were having and corrected the circuit breaker problem. Able is a courteous and a wholesome individual and explained everything he was doing. Overall, A great person. Very knowledgeable!

Who anticipates an 11 PM AC failure? Not me, of course. But I was desperate when it happened. After calling them, the issue was resolved in an hour. This kind of service merited a review, even though I don't typically write them. 👏🏼
