I was lucky that Evert answer my call. He proved to be knowledgeable in the area and showed that he had done this many times before. I had a difficulty getting the Honeywell Network to my Home Network. Evert took the driver seat at the computer and he got me back on track. Evert took care of the electrical and mechanical portion of my request. So, I dismiss him because I did not want to waste his time. He replied to me that he was not leaving until he got the Wi Fi figured out and until then, his job would be completed. Thank goodness for technicians like Evert. He saved me at least 2 hours of second guessing work. I highly recommend Aces for any kind of AC related work. They are the best!

Evert and his team replaced my old AC unit with a new heat pump. He was very responsive in answering any questions I had, worked with me on getting the right vent placement, and was generally very professional. I would absolutely recommend Aces for any HVAC needs.

Outstanding job! Installed new A/C and heater in January 2017. I did not write the review until after it was warm enough to test the A/C unit. The work was done ahead of schedule by working late into the evening on a Friday. Evert came back in March to verify the A/C worked properly. Evert even did additional work on the ducts for good air flow. Highly recommend.

Jose and his associate showed up on a timely basis this afternoon They proceeded to check out the AC heat system for biannual check up change filters check the system. Everything was OK ready to go once again appreciate their expertise and professionalism. See you guys in April.

Me, my wife and 4 kids were without ac on Weekend with temperatures of 105. Aces technician came out on the weekend in 45 mins. He added Freon and my ac was back to normal. technician Oscar was great. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

I have used Aces several times both at my house and at condos that I rent. Every time they have been professional, fast and affordable. I definitely recommend and I will continue to use them for my HVAC repair needs.

Will never use this company again. I had them come over to troubleshoot why my system was not cooling and to clean out the drain. They cleaned out the drain, but didn't get system working. They determined that the compressor was not coming on so they wanted to charge me $275 to install hard start kit without even checking to see if the compressor wires to the terminal was in good condition. Of course, this foreshadowing tells you that the wires or the compressor terminals were not good. The compressor terminal was burnt and not making good contact. So installing hard start kit would have not fixed the problem. I did not have them install the hard start kit because I was already skeptical about their troubleshooting method (Install something first then do basic troubleshooting of wires later if the kit didn't work) Needless to say the original compressor works now without their help or the hard start kit, but a lot of time and additional money was wasted. All the owner would say is I'm sorry I will let the technician know..

Evert and the team are fantastic. Just had my new heat pump and air handler installed. I could not be more satisfied unless it was free (lol). Highly recommend and Everts knowledge is on point. Tonight my air conditioning went out. It was blowing hot air. I just appreciate the service so much. They are such a caring conscientious company. Someone came out tonight and fixed it, a drain was clogged. I’m so glad I went with this company I feel so fortunate and so blessed!

They installed a brand new unit 2 years ago. The unit stopped cooling so we called them to
come check it out. It was supposed to be a free charge which is what they told us on the phone yet when they got here they said it was out of labor warranty and would be a service charge. I had already fixed the cooling problem by the time they arrived. I said if the problem arose again I would reach back out. Now there is a drain clog issue and leaking nasty water under the floors below the unit because they did not install a drain pan.
Called them to come service and they were rude and then refused service because they were upset we cancelled the service call from before.
This is the second brand new unit I had this company install. In this house and in my prior home. This same summer I also referred two people to them who also bought new units. I expected more respect than what I got. Needless to say I will no longer refer this company to anyone. They were the cheapest when we got quotes. I guess you get what you pay for.
After speaking with several AC specialists they all told me the same thing how this unit was NOT properly installed and should not be having this type of problem especially only being two years old.

Contacted Aces AC and Heat, LLC, for new A/C unit replacement and they were able to come out right away to replace my old unit and furnace.

They were on time, very polite & professional. I definitely recommend them to any client on any job or service!

I got the motor fan replaced last month for one of my AC units and started to make noise but they came to replace it at no charge. They also worked on the other unit that was having problems and got it fixed. I’ve been using their services for many years because they are knowledgeable, always come when I need them and are very professional.

Evert was very professional, he gave me the estimate for installing new Hvac system in my home the price was reasonable for good quality product. The job was done in one day. He also showed me what they did and how's every thing works. I'm happy with the service, I highly recommend 👌

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Aces. Not only did they charge me $500 and failed to fix the problem, but their misdiagnoses and malpractice were disappointing. The refrigerant they filled ran out within a week, and they said they would charge an additional $130 just to check if there was a leak in the coil, not even to fix it. To make matters worse, they quoted me an outrageous $1000-2000 to fix the coil itself. Another company came twice, fixed the coil, and refilled the refrigerant all for $470. I would not recommend this company. They took advantage of me.
