I had a maintenance check for the upcoming winter to make sure my system was operating at optimum performance. The system was low on refrigerant, so they charged it as needed. The guys were friendly and knowledgeable in what was required in what they were doing. I will use them again.

We were Disappointed and Dissatisfied with the Services of other AC Companies we have used before.

It was the Awesome, Professional, Courteous, Friendly Customer Service of Ms. Brenda, who was able to Address All of our Questions and Concerns, along with their Convenient Location, that convinced us to choose Air-Kool Heating & Air, LLC , for the problems we were having with our Air Conditioner.


The Technicians were scheduled to come to our home on Saturday, because of our circumstances, even though they are closed on the Weekends.
How Thankful we were, when Ms. Brenda called to ask if the Technicians could come on Friday to start the job and they would finish on Saturday.

The Technicians were Professional, Knowledgeable and Friendly. They were able to Remove the Old Air Conditioner and Old Accessories and Replace and Install the New Air Conditioner and New Accessories and Updated Service for our Furnace too, All in the Same Day! Yayyy!!
We Appreciate the Dedication and Commitment of the Technicans Hard Work Performance and Long Hours for us to have the Comfort of Cool Air.
