5 years ago Norman Aire put a completely new system in and has maintained my unit for me. I called Tuesday afternoon when my outside condensing unit quit working. In this heat wave they were booked up till next week. Lucky me, I received a call later saying they could fit me in the following day. Great service all the way around.

Norman Aire Service was excellent in providing fast service and installation! They responded to my request quickly and installed my new unit the same day! I would DEFINITELY recommend them for your air/heat repair and installation’. Their office staff is AWESOME!!!

I have been contending with some AC companies lately. Some are OK and some - not so much. I think Norman Aire did a great job in diagnosing and fixing what they could. I only wish I had contacted them first.

We had issues with no heat. They arrived quickly after calling, troubleshot and determined malfunction. Unfortunately, the parts needed were not available, but were obtained Monday morning. Technician arrived early afternoon, installed parts and tested system. We now have heat and our problem was resolved.
We have used Norman Aire Services multiple times over the past 12+ years, with installation of a new heat pump and inside unit, as well as, any maintenance when needed. They are a company that is there when they say they’ll be there. They’re extremely knowledgeable with friendly people who know what customer service is. I would highly recommend them for any HVAC work that is needed.

Tech arrived on time, Quickly diagnosed the problem and performed a maintenance on the device prior to diagnosing the problem. Maintenance was needed due to some house flipping renovation next door. Price was not bad for the amount of time he spent working on my unit, but its ran great since he got me back on track. Great service highly recommend.

Norman Aire Service has great customer service. He came the next day after I called. He found the problem and fixed it. My AC went out the next day, I called and they scheduled me for the next day. He came out found the problem and fixed that. My AC is up and running. Thanks....
I purchased a new AC unit. They have the option to split the unit in half. The process was easy. The AC unit was up and running the next day. The service I received was excellent as always.

Our service professional was Raul. He was awesome and answered all of our questions. He had us up and running in less than two hours. I love that they had the parts we needed on hand and was able to fix our A/C unit right away. He also offered helpful maintenance tips to extend the life of our unit. No high pressure sales or markups. We will definitely use this com again.

This company is top notch and all the folks there are beyond great ! SD is truly customer oriented and Eric is an outstanding, friendly, knowledgeable, technician. We've been customers for quite a few years. Wouldn't think of having anyone else do our system mtc and work. I trust these folks without any doubts.

Norman Aire Services always provides excellent and professional services! I had a huge problem with another company two years ago and that company totally botched an entirely NEW HVAC system! I called Norman Aire Services and the problem was fixed immediately. I will always use this company because of their expertise, honesty, and great customer service!

SD with Norman Aire was absolutely fantastic! We had a different company come out and they had overcharged our unit with coolant, the first company came back out to fix the problem and the unit still wouldn’t run properly. After dealing with that I called around to several company’s to see if anyone would be able to come out same day and everyone was booked. It was 9:30pm so I knew it was probably unlikely that I would be able to get anyone out that evening but I had a newborn and a two year old in an 80 degree house, so I had to try. Finally I called Norman Aire (out of recommendation from my neighbors) and SD did everything he could to get out to my house that night! He was able to fix the issue in no time and my family was able to sleep with no issues! The unit is still cooling properly even with the 100+ degree weather we’ve had this week! Thank you so much for your incredible service!

Had a great experience with this company! The tech resolved my ac issue and also went over the system with me and answered all questions that I had. He was also very friendly and cared about my system. Will definitely use again if needed!
