Norman Aire is awesome! Excellent customer service, highly professional, and very knowledgeable!! I signed up for their bi-annual maintenance package, which worked out as advertised. They discovered I needed a capacitor replaced, and they could do it on the spot with a high-quality part. After doing additional checks, they topped off my freon, documented their work, and sent me the invoice for the completed work. Communication with Norman Aire was good as well! I recommend them for your home cooling and heating needs!!

I have health problems and have to stay in bed most of the time. I’m sensitive to temperature and have had to have a room AC for almost 10 years.
My dad suggested a wall mounted split unit. I got a quote from another person and he looked around, said the main unit was probably going to crash soon and we should replace it. Then gave me a quote for my room.

Then I had SD come out. He and his associate looked at the unit, filter, my room everything. Saw all the reasons my room wasn’t cooling down and explained them to me very clearly and made sure I understood. It was clear he understood the situation and wanted to get an actual fix to the problem.

Now my house is the right temperature. He threw in a few extra things too which I really appreciate.

Everyone who came to my house to work were very professional and polite. They made sure none of my house cats escaped!

It was a great experience. Especially because of SD. 10/10 would recommend. And they are who I’m going to call if I need other work done in my house.

Roberto, the technician who checked out our system, is always on time, courteous and answers any questions I may have. The office personnel have always been so nice and helpful. I always get a text notifying me that the technician is in route. We buy a maintenance plan to get our heat pump and furnace checked out 2x a year and at a great price and saves money for any service calls!! Better than their competitors. This is out third house and we continue to use Norman Aire Services. We will always be a customer.

He came out very early at 6:00 am to perform the install. A sudden thunderstorm came up that morning and he continued the work and successfully completed the install!! S.D. from Norman Aire really saved me from the heat with a brand new American Star heat pump unit. We talked through some plans, financing options, and in a single day I decided this was a good deal and they are ready to help get this unit installed. Took about 5 hrs or so as they showed up at 8:30 in the morning right on the dot. This is a great local company with ready to go technicians that know what they're doing. I could not recommend them enough.

SD and the guys have been great. They worked hard all day to install my new AC unit. When there was an issue, SD was back out there within 2 hours to fix it. They care a lot and really put in the time.

A few days ago my thermostat kept cutting off. So my neighbor recommended Normans Aire. I called and spoke with a very nice gentleman who scheduled my appointment and advised that there would be a $90 service charge. On 1/14/25. Roberto showed up and he looked at the thermostat, took the covering off and confirmed that wires on the thermostat were in the correct place. I then showed Roberto where the unit was located. He took the panel off and inspected. He asked had there been any previous issues with the unit and I told him no, I bought my house in 2018 and I have never had any heating or A/C issues. He said he was surprised because the “white” wire was in the wrong place which was the reason the unit kept cutting off. Roberto asked if I wanted him to rearrange the wires and I asked him how much would that be and he said he didn’t know he would have to get his price book out of his work vehicle. Ok so he leaves and comes back in and he shows me a list of different prices and he said that it would start at $178.00 to move the “white” wire to the right place. I agreed for him to proceed because he said that’s where the issue was coming from. Then he asked where was my breaker box and I showed him which is on the back of my house. Minutes later the heat comes on and he continues to do things with the unit along with going back and forth outside to the breaker box. He told me that my total was going to be $275. Ok fine, but what upset me was that he didn’t tell me until after he charged my credit card that the issue was basically that one switch in my breaker box and then he said that the whole breaker box needed to be replaced. He could tell me the issue but he claimed the company does not do the type of work as far as making any repairs to the breaker box. So I paid Norman’s Aire $275 and the only thing Roberto did was switched a wire. Now today 1/15/25 a certified electrician came to my house and I told him what Roberto did the electrician said there was nothing wrong with the wires in the unit and and the only thing that needed to be replaced was the one switch in the breaker box that was connected to the heating and a/c unit. I asked the electrician if he would be willing to sign an affidavit and he agreed to do so. This will be escalated because this was a complete rip off. I’m glad for the other customers “good” experience with this company but I’m all about honesty and integrity. Roberto should have been honest from the start by saying the issue is with my breaker box and you need an actual electrician to do the repairs instead of lying about 1 wire. Which cost $178 to unscrew and move to a component in the same area. Not even a new wire but the same wire.

I cannot speak highly enough of Norman Aire. Specifically SD, Roberto, Pepe, and the rest of the crew were nothing but professional, transparent, respectful, and genuinely cared about the work they do. Their work was fast, efficient, and they even had the decency to clean everything up afterwards. I don’t typically write reviews, I wasn’t paid or given a discount to write this. I genuinely appreciate the service that I was provided and admired the work ethic that came alongside it. If you’re struggling to find a reputable AC Technician service, it would be unnecessary to look any further. Norman Aire will get you right.

Very courteous and professional staff. From the very first call when scheduling my appointment until the walk through after installation I was beyond pleased. Eric B. was super nice and personable. He spoke to me in terms that i could easily understand which means A LOT when discussing things such as this. The financing option was quick and simple and the pricing was along the lines of other companies. Would highly recommend this company for sure!

Sedric is great and he's attentive. When I call Norman Aire they typically respond and come out within 24 hours. I have a maintenance agreement, and they change my filters regularly.
