Just recently had my unit serviced by Mr. Otilio Banda. Not only was I able to get a same-day appt (because who wants to wait until tomorrow in this Texas HEAT) but he came on time, was very friendly, and was very efficient in testing and finding out the issue with our unit. He replaced the part with no issues and now my unit is working like new. We have an older unit and he was very knowledgeable and made us aware of how the unit works. I will definitely be using this company for my a/c servicing needs in the future! Great customer service!
