I'm sitting in a house they just put the ac in, mid day temps hit 80 inside, ac on and not blowing very cold and they wont fix it, fixing to call another company to come fix it

called them on a Saturday expecting to get a voicemail, like the other 5 companies I called prior but instead my call was answered after the second ring. a tech was over within a hour and got my AC up and running again.

I called Morrison's Hesting and Air, to assist me with my heating issuses and they came and corrected the problem. They were very informative and polite. I would definitely use their services again.

We hired this company to put in a brand new install from the electrical copper duct units etc. The vents are barely putting out air and its not as cold as it should be. They left a lot of things un finished. Had to hire another company to come look over it since they wouldnt come fix the problem. This is probably the worse i have ever been screwed over. Never again with this company.

Very unprofessional . Called them on Friday said they would send someone out that afternoon. Never heard anything so around 6:00 pm we call back. They said they are still working and someone is still coming . They never showed up never called and when I call them back all I get is a voicemail . Tried to email them too no response at all. I feel really inconvenienced as they wasted my time and I have a serious leak that needs to be repaired as it is causing damage to my ceiling . If they did not want my business they should let me know. I would have been fine if they just communicate with me instead of wasting my time. I could have called someone else them. Even if they wanted to schedule for a later date or reschedule I would be understanding. Instead I get completely ignored. Terrible customer interaction .

I called late Saturday afternoon expecting to get the run around. They answer promptly and showed up within the hour. He was friendly and explained everything he was doing to the unit. The pricing was reasonable. I will definitely use them again.

Friendly customer service from a well experienced team. Didn’t try to yodel, just solved my problem and made recommendations for future consideration given my much older a:c unit. I’ll certainly be calling them again; my home is feeling much cooler already!

John his son Blake and their assistant explained the value of a Trane system and they executed the work with total professionalism. If I could give this company a 0. I would... I came home on Saturday to my air not blowing cool. I called them because of their ratings and because they were close. The father I suppose is the one who came out. He was an older guy. When he came to the door I told him my name, he never told me his,(red flag!)anyway I let him do his check of the issue, he came back and told me the motor wasn't working, but I felt it was working because the air was blowing it just wasn't getting cold. So he quotes me a price and said he'll be back to do it on Monday. But when he left he left my attic open with the stairs down he left the breaker box open.and when I went outside on Sunday. He had left the door on the a.c. unit off as well. So at that point I knew I wasn't going to use them.Because he didn't leave it the way he found it. But when I did get someone to my house to fix the a.c.. they said the power cord was not there that went to the outside box. This was a piece that the company needed to look at the system. So I call Mr. MORRISON THE SAME guy who came out and I asked him about it He said he disconnected it. But he doesn't know where it is and the guy who fixed it said all he needed to do was just turn it to the off position no disconnect needed. So the guy looked for it. Didn't find it. And it cost me an extra 238 dollars in addition to the repair. Please people. Beware..ugh.. they maybe good. But I was not treated well At All

Called this company because my furnace was not working. I have a carrier system so it is very difficult to diagnose and fix (past experience). The technician showed up promptly and found the issue in about two hours.

He then provided me with a breakdown of what it would take to replace the part and the cost. I gave him the go ahead and he pick up the part and had it installed in hours. The total service was completed in a day and my h vac system is now back up and running. He also serviced the AC to prepare for the Summer.

I would highly recommend these guys to home owners.
