I used Duncan's AC for all HVAC maintenance and repairs since and they are very knowledgeable and professional. Other companies wrote off the request or said it couldn't be done because it was too difficult to get a new unit on the roof, but Duncan's AC reps were knowledgeable and replaced the unit without hassle, and removed the old one.

Hands down, the BEST AC repair service! 🔥➡️❄️ They showed up fast, fixed my unit, and didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need. Honest, reliable, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend if your AC ever decides to take an unexpected vacation.

WOW!! Exceptional service and very knowledge! We've had AC units replaced in the past but we've never received the service and knowledge we did with Get Some AC Heating. From our initial contact to the day after our install, Rico was professional, knowledgeable and punctually. We chose Rico because he thoroughly explained the process and price to us. His rate was VERY competitive and service was exceptional. His crew completed our install within a reasonable time. They didn't leave mess as they cleaned up after themselves. After the install, Rico called to explain registering our units with Trane to validate our 10 year warranty. He even sent the link to register our units and pictures of all the serial numbers we would need to properly register our new unit. He again reiterated that if we had any issues or questions, to not hesitate to call him.

I’m here to let everyone know that these guys are great at what they do. My elderly father had his ac unit go out so i called these guys for help with it . They quickly came out and gave me some bad news just when summer is getting started. The ac unit made its last summer. The knowledge and coordination of these guys was incredible. Not only did they give me options but walked me through the process start to finish before money was even discussed. I would recommend each one of these guys from updating existing units to installing the entire system. Thanks guys for all that you did for my father and I both .

The guys at GET SOME A/C HEATING did a very good job. I Spoke to Rico about the unit,I had and how it Would constantly run and wouldn’t cool down the house. I’ve aways had to have someone to come and check my unit out for the last three years. After we spoke about lt he suggested I needed a bigger unit.I'm enjoying my new AC unit and they also did a very good job installing and cleaning up after.

Impeccable service! Rico is great. When we need a new HVAC system, I called, and Rico was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was very professional and honest. Once company quoted us over 12,000 to replace the unit, but that was not the case with Rico. He was very patient and walked us through the process. His team worked very efficiently and did a great job with the installation. In today's society, it is hard finding trustworthy people who provide services to consumers, but not with Rico. My family appreciates you!

I had an extremely poor experience with this AC company, and I would not recommend them to anyone. The level of service was unacceptable from start to finish.

Rico, the sales representative, was consistently unprofessional and had an attitude every time I communicated with him. Worse, I was given advice by Rico that nearly caused a fire in my home. I followed his instructions in good faith, only to later be told by the company’s own technician that the guidance was incorrect and unsafe.

To make matters worse, the technician openly stated that Rico routinely upsells customers by recommending AC units that are far too large for their homes, driving up costs unnecessarily. This confirmed my concerns that I was not being given honest or competent guidance.

Between the safety risk, poor communication, and apparent unethical sales practices, this company has completely lost my trust. I strongly advise potential customers to look elsewhere before risking their money or their home.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I called multiple companies to get prices before finding Get Some AC and Heat. Rico was available any day and any time. He was very knowledgeable in explaining things to me. This isn’t my first time having to replace my whole system before but this was by far the best experience I’ve had. The price was so great I decided to replace both upstairs and lower systems. Unlike other companies, he followed up with me after the installation to ask how the systems were working and to make sure I complete warranty paper work. If you’re tire of searching for a good honest company with good prices, go with Get Some AC and Heat!

Man, these guys really hooked me up. The whole crew did an excellent job. I had one AC unit go bad, and they were 24 years old, so I decided to replace both, and they gave me a great deal. I am seriously happy about the new units made by Trane. They are more efficient, and I'm glad to get this done before the Texas heat comes. Highly recommend!!!!!

We called for quote to replace ac and put in attic with new duck work. Everything was professional from Rico giving us a quote and explained everything with knowledge. The workers coming in doing a great job and cleaning up. My husband was very happy how they fixed everything in attic. I would definitely recommend.

Came out when promised, fixed unexpected issues, saved money over other quotes, and fixed a warranty repair immediately. They were recommended to me by a friend and I would do the same.

I called needing a repair on my heat and Evert answered right away. Other companies had phone services or didn't answer. He took my information and was at my house within half an hour. He diagnosed and repaired so quickly! I highly recommend!

Our central air system broke down and Evert came and examined it. He tried to band-aid the problem with the compressor, which worked a little, but our poor 17 year old system was just shot. So we decided to install a complete new system. Evert and his partner did a great job replacing our old a/c and heating system. They were very professional and thorough. Now we have a new Trane unit and we are very pleased.

Evert came out and within 3 days he and his team installed a new Trane system. The new system has been in our home for 2 weeks now and working great (also seeing electric usage down, YAY $$$). Evert provides prompt service, talks to you about the system and functions, while providing very fare prices. We have recommended him to family and friends, because finding an A/C company that provides his level of customer services and fare prices is hard to find.

My AC stopped working and I was told I needed a new system totaling $8800. I was told that $2000 would patch it for a year, at best, but that my unit had problems that would cause it to go out again. Before I laid down my $10,000 I wanted to shop around and found Aces on Home Advisor. I read through the reviews and could not believe what I read. EVERYONE ABSOLUTELY LOVES HIM, AND NOW I KNOW WHY!!!
Evert came and told me all I had to do was replace the furnace motor for $1100 and that my unit was good to go for 5 or even 10 more years. He said my unit has half of its life in front of it, and that there is nothing going to make the motor go out again.
I AM SOOOO VERY GLAD I AM NOT $10,000 POORER TODAY.

Never change a thing about yourself, your ethical standard or pursuit of excellence. Please do not become like the greedy fat cat bastards that I called from the very top of Angie's List.
