I needed to order a faceplate cover in a different color for my thermostat. It snaps on, literally could not be more simple. These guys refused to order it unless they could charge me an "installation" charge. To snap a faceplate on... I'm not sure why everyone is so greedy nowadays and lack any goodwill, but these guys are not it. Found another distributor that ordered it for me and will let me just come pick it up.

Jimmy did our seasonal maintenance on our HVAC and did a fantastic job. He let us know and showed us what was going on with our system and explained everything to us in a way we could understand. He made recommendations for some improvements to our system to have better air quality. We were very satisfied with Jimmy's and Coomes Air's services and highly recommend them.

William Gupton performed a checkup and an inspection on our systems today. He was so pleasant and helpful taking time to explain how our systems were doing and what we can do to get better performance. He provided pictures of our system and clear cost for any improvements. Truly next level service.

I had a competitor of theirs out here weeks ago, 3 mins charging me way over the price and diagnosed the wrong issues. The company starts with the alphabet and followed by a number. Jimmy on the other hand was here longer looking at all areas to give us the right diagnosis and to help us with future planning in a new system that will be needed.

This AC technician was very thorough and listened well to all my concerns. Although I don’t believe I had seen him in years I was surprised he recognized me and I recognized him from a previous job years ago. Very pleased with his work today only wish he had been able to come earlier in the day

Old system went out in the middle of summer. They came quickly and gave me a very good quote on a full new compressor and indoor exchange work was done within half a day. Follow-up was concluded.
